"Easy Setup and Fast Issue Detection with Helpful Solution Suggestions"
4/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

I like how easy it is to setup and get working and how quickly it can help identify and help address issues. I do like that it can propose solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

I think it's a little pricy for what it is, especially when you look at pentests. I suspect this is the list price but I think this poses bit of a barrier for migrating to a product for some organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mario Popescu of Aikido Security

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!

Regarding the pentest, have you tried our right size calculator? It determines pentest costs upfront based on your application size, endpoint coverage, testing depth, and more.

We've also just lowered the starting price for AI pentests from $950 to $500, so it might be worth giving it another shot.

"Super Fast, Easy AI Security Checks with Great Value Plans"
4/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

Super fast and easy to use and understand AI-based security checks. It helped me a lot with the Lovable sites I built, and it was simple to connect everything. The free tier offers great value, and the basic paid tier is also very VFM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

It takes a while to understand which features you have to pay for and which ones aren’t included in the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly and helpful with out overwhelming the user. Actionable insights at the click of a few buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The recommendation of patches to latest editions of some dependencies. Sometimes these are beta releases thus not safe for production environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive, All-in-One Scanning with Clear Fix Recommendations"
5/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

It proactively scans every part of our platform and emails us whenever any action is needed. The UI is easy to understand and modern. It covers everything from source code to infrastructure. Recommendations for fixes address the precise position in code and come with suggested fixes. If integrates well with other platforms like AWS, Laravel Forge etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

Nothing. Everything is just working. I have not encountered one problem with it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Free Tier Value with Clear, Actionable Security Findings"
5/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

What I like most is the real value Aikido delivers in the free tier. Most security tools offer very limited testing on free plans, but Aikido provides meaningful features and tooling that are genuinely usable in day-to-day engineering workflows. Integration was straightforward, reporting is standardized and consistent, and dashboard access is clear with developer-friendly, actionable results. The strength of the free tier is exactly why I’m highly interested in evaluating the Pro version next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

No major product-level downsides in our free-tier experience so far. The free tier already delivers substantial practical value. Our move to Pro is less about fixing gaps and more about applying a stricter evaluation standard, as expected, across advanced depth, scalability, and enterprise-grade controls.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Findings and Smart Prioritization That Fits Our Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

What I like most about Aikido Security is how it centralizes security findings in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use, the integrations with our repositories were simple to set up, and the scans run automatically. I also like that it prioritizes issues instead of creating alert fatigue, and the AI explanations make it easier to understand vulnerabilities and recommended fixes. Overall, it saves time and fits well into our development workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

There isn't much to dislike. The only thing I would improve is having more customization for dashboards and reporting, and sometimes it takes a bit of time for new scan results to appear. Other than that, the platform has been reliable and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, In-Depth Scans, and Solid Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

Easy to setup, feels good to see how in depth the scans are and the integrations are solid especially the MCP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

As a bootstrapped startup pricing is a blocker for us to upgrade. But you do get so much value on the free plan it is hard to complain Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Easy to Integrate, and Backed by Exceptional Personal Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

The intuitive software, the logical views and filtering, but most of all, the personal support offered from the company. I have used them with multiple ventures, and although they may not be the cheapest, they are the easiest to integrate with, set up, get running, and start delivering immediate value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

I don't always trust the AI recommendations of things that are excluded, and the LLM prompt feature is inconsistent (it's not applied to everything, only certain categories of vulnerabilities). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy Pentesting with Clear, Comprehensive Results"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aikido Security?

It’s easy to use, simple to set up, and the results are easy to understand. It was easy to connect to our ecosystem. Our pentest was completed in a matter of hours as opposed to weeks.

The pricing was about a quarter of the cost of our traditiional 3rd party pentest.

The ability to get started was very easy and I was well informed prior to making my decision.

The results from the code scan and pentest were very comprehensive and intelligent. The ability to not only see the problem, but to have suggested solutions was very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aikido Security?

The one things that I think could be improved is making it more clear what coverage is included with the level of spend. I ran the right size tool to understand how much to pay, but I was not sure what kind of coverage was included at that spend level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
