It also has new AI functions that make the process easier and faster, of course, and they help a lot. **What do you dislike about AhaSlides?** Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that the free option comes with limits. But I’m okay with that, because they need to make money to keep it running and to still offer a version that some people can use for free. The customer service is so responsive, which I appreciate because other services that I use have been very hard to get in contact with. The price is great and I will keep recommending it to fellow speakers and workshop facilitators. **What do you dislike about AhaSlides?** The only downside is the QR code to scan. It can be small for people who are in the back of the room. I've printed out QR codes on table-tents and encourage people to sign into the slides on their way into the room; there are great work arounds. Also, if internet is slow/not available the slides won't work. I have to inquire with the room host if internet is available and if it's ok to use for bigger workshops so I don't tie up the internet for the entire building. The initial setup was extremely simple. **What do you dislike about AhaSlides?** When asking questions, the menu for writing answers is very small and I can't see all the content, it also doesn't alert for spelling errors. I also don't like that the characters are limited for questions, for example, if you set a challenge to solve a case, there's too little text to describe the situation. I have the 100 participants, which I usually need a 150-200 sometimes. So it's limitations on that without going to a huge different cost and bracket. I also find that the accessibility for, like, adding a PowerPoint into AhaSlides, you have to do a lot of key features to it. Those are not the best. Also, I don't like how the AI is automatic.
