What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I wanted to share my thoughts on the Playvox designed to help us manage our schedules effectively.

Overall, I find it to be incredibly user-friendly! The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and set up our schedule without any confusion. We appreciate the clear layout and accessibility of features, which saves us time and reduces stress.

One of the standout features for me is that you can Pin it on your Tab bar and can easily find it without any hassle! It helps me stay on top of tasks and appointments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I love how easy it is to quickly view my daily schedule, and updates in my daily routine for the day, as well as requests on my shifts or OT. Honeslty my daily use of Playvox makes a huge difference in how easily I can stay on top of my day. Its solving my issue of quickly being able to view my ever changing daily routine at my work, as well as saves me a lot of time in matters like: requesting time off, applying for overtime, making requests on my future schedules, and more. What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

Playvox is amazing when it come to managing my schedule and tracking my activities properly, also pretty intuitive in regards to final user experience. Deploying the tool is very comprehensive and flexible, making changes is very easy and the learning curve is very short specially if you deal with the tool everyday as I do. What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

Is not that I don't like, I think this could be improvde, the mobile platform doesn't have all the feautes foung in the desktop version. It is understandble, but I would definately be more impressed if I could be able to do all my work if I don't have my PC/Laptop at hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I like how organized it is since I'm able to quickly determine what I need to do during the day using the color guidance, also I like the fact every slot is divided appropriately for me to know is every segment about, e.g: Project time, Frontline, Meetings, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

Sometimes it doesn't load the schedule and need to refresh the page about 2/3 times for items to show, also, when using the 'My Leave' option it's hard to go back to the schedule without getting a blank schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

I get reminders for my schedules eg. breaks, lunch, meetings. These are super helpful!

I love how easy it is to apply for leaves and the alerts showing who's not in

Disorganozation- Given that my schedule is available a week prior, I have less instances of disorganozation as I already have an idea of what to expect for the week beforehand

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

Good tracking data for management, but if the tracking data went off what we are actually calling with (ZenDesk) it would be far more accurate as there have been many instances where I logged into ZenDesk (because its the system I need practically) and forgot to log into Playvox, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

As an IntouchCX agent working for Wealthsimple we need to sign into three different softwares every time we sign in to denote whether we are on call or not. I feel like there is a better way to integrate it into the particular tools we use, those being ZenDesk and our time tracking software for payroll, Superpunch. I think a functionality should be offered where you can click one button and be signed into all three platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Playvox WFM?

The best part about playvox is the accessablitly. Its very easy to use and follow along. They make very east to navigate to where I need to get to. I use it on a daily basis and checking it multiple time throughout my day. Playvox helps keep me organized with my scheduling and helps me make any adjustments I need through out day with meetings. What do you dislike about Playvox WFM?

The only down side to playvox is sometimes is wont be updated, so it presents a bit of inaccuracy to my schdeule, which makes is a bit hard to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
