There isn't much to call out here! As with any social platform, the API integrations aren't perfect, but the Agorapulse team is always willing to help work through any issues that have come up. I so much love Agorapulse inbox assistant feature. This tool organizes our message inbox. By automatically reviewing , bookmarking , and labeling inbox messages , there is little chance of missing any message sent to us via any of our social media platforms. Inability to leave notes on scheduled posts from the calendar is a major limitation of Agorapulse. While users can communicate with team-members by assigning posts, there is no way to add reminders and descriptions to the scheduled post (even for myself) for quick viewing. My favorite feature is the ability to share content calendars directly with my clients to review content. Before Agorapulse, we created content calendars in Google Sheets and sent them to clients to review. It didn't look professional, and it wasn't user-friendly. Once our clients approved the content, we would have to manually put every post into our publishing system. The entire process was extremely inefficient and repetitive.

Agorapulse has made this process so much easier and more efficient. Plus, it's much more user-friendly for our clients. Our clients can see every post exactly as it would appear on the social media platform and then click "approve" or "reject" directly on the platform. If they click approve, the post is automatically scheduled to publish. If they click "reject," they can leave feedback on the post so our team can go in and make the necessary changes. With all the different features, it can be overwhelming when you're just starting to use it. Our team has been using the platform for about a year, and we still don't use all of the features to their full potential.

I love this platform and how much it can do for social media management and social listening while investing a much smaller amount of time than before. Agorapulse makes it easy to set up a publishing calendar and is compatible with all social channels used within the organization. I love that I can easily access the application from the web or through my mobile device and how optimally it works on both platforms; moreover, it is a breeze to create, schedule and publish marketing content across all accounts. Something I would also like to highlight about Agorapulse is the quality of their support; every time I have had a problem, we have interacted; they are very efficient and, above all, responsive to the user.
