We manage 50+ social profiles for our 25+ locations worldwide, so coordinating and monitoring this across has been challenging in the past. With Agorapulse we're able to connect all of these 50+ profiles and centralise CM, reporting & content calendars in one place. Most importantly, the Agorapulse pricing model doesn't penalise you excessively for having a lot of profiles, as is the case with many competitors.
The implementation is also extremely simple: I've worked with other SMMS in the past that almost require a team for setup and configuration - to be fair, they are more configurable and complex in structure, but the beauty of Agorapulse is the simplicity. It's super easy to add profiles, configure user access, or set up inbox automation rules. Overall: super painless admin and configuration.
The same goes for reporting: the reporting is arguably more basic than other SMMS, but it's exactly what you need: high level insights at profile and content/post level, actionable recommendations on best time of day or day of week to publish, plus an easy to implement content label system that lets you tag up all of your posts and see reach/engagement per tag - this is great for optimising your content strategy & understanding what wroks and doesn't over time.
In short: Agorapulse gives you just what you need: a useful, simple fully-fledged SMMS at a very competitive price. I would recommend it to any business (dependent on use case) but I think it's especially great for small & medium size companies who want to up their social media game, without breaking the bank. For me I would like to see further development on the mobile app: at the moment I find it useful (especially on weekends) for checking in on CM, making sure a post is properly scheduled etc but still find it necessary to boot up the laptop and use the browser version to get things done. I would like to see the app developed to the point where it can be relied upon 100%, with 100% of the functionality of the browser based version - social media managers are used to being always on & having the flexibility to work from mobile is very useful. Nous utilisons Agorapulse depuis plusieurs années, et cette plateforme simplifie la gestion de nos réseaux sociaux en centralisant tous nos comptes au même endroit, notamment sur Facebook, Instagram, X et LinkedIn.
Selon moi, il y a trois grands points positifs :
- La possibilité de planifier le contenu à un seul endroit : Cela permet d'avoir une vue d'ensemble et un contrôle total sur ce qui est diffusé, avec la possibilité de décaler la publication si nécessaire. Il y a un agenda qui permet de voir tout ce qui est ou a été diffusé.
- Le travail en équipe : Bien que je sois le seul à planifier le contenu des publications, nous sommes plusieurs à répondre aux messages de nos abonnés. Cela permet à chacun de s’investir sur la plateforme, de suivre qui répond à quel message et d’être plus réactif dans nos réponses.
- Les statistiques : Lorsqu’on souhaite consulter les performances de nos pages ou de nos publications, toutes les statistiques sont accessibles à un seul endroit, ce qui nous fait gagner du temps.
Enfin cette plateforme est aussi très intuitive et simple d'utilisation, ce qui la rend accessible a à peu près tout le monde. Il y a aussi un support client qui peut nous assister en cas de problème et de manière proactive via un chat intégré à l'outil. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Il n'y a pas réellement de gros défaut à cette plateforme, ce que je peux regretter par exemple, ce sont actuellement les limitations dans l'utilisation de LinkedIn sur la plateforme probablement à cause de certains blocages techniques de la plateforme Linkedin. Un gain de temps considérable grâce à Agorapulse qui agrère nos plus de 60 pages sur les réseaux sociaux avec notamment la boîte de réception classée et ses fonctionnalité telles que les modèles de réponses mais aussi pour la programmation de la publication des contenus (modification des visuels et légendes par profil, groupes de hashtags, ...). Une indispensable au quotidien très simple d'utilisation et loins devant la concurrence en terme d'interface et d'expérience. Il reste quelques optimisations possibles dans la réponse aux messages entrant avec notamment le développement des solutions IA mais aussi aller plus loin dans la publication de contenu en proposant des idées de sujets à traiter en fonction du réseau social/positionnement/cible.

The easability to schedule to specific accounts is perfect! It's easy to post to multiple accounts and have the ability to customize the copy for each specific platform because it's all in one window! It's easy to set up and implement into your scheduling process. They actually listen to thei r users when you make suggestions, you can see if your suggestions have been received, and you can even see if they're implementing your suggestions. I suggested adding stats to each post within AP so you can see, on your scheduler, how well your post did. Within a couple of months, they added it! You can't beat that type of consideration, right?! The publishing features and content calendar on Agorapulse are incredibly helpful. There's very little I can say I dislike about Agorapulse. If I had to choose one element to point out, I would mention that when we first started using the product, we noticed some errors that would come up or posts were not published. However, we worked with their tech support to resolve these occurrences. Over the last year or so, I have noticed that we now have very few, if any, bugs or issues. We create all of our own assets and do not have a use for a lot of the features (AI image/copy creation) and the one that would benefit us includes an upcharge... like the listening feature. The everyday process of creating the post to getting it approved for publishing it is so much smoother. Reports are broader making our team weekly reports more concise. I am looking into utilizing advocacy, and pushing campaigns to our employees but the issue is external team compliance. The only other con is that numerous external users from different companies have to be placed on the same shared calendar because there is not enough offered under our package. Although I’m very satisfied with Agorapulse, I think the customization of reports could be made more accessible, even in the mid-tier plans.
