They are very responsive and willing to take the time to walk through even the most basic of questions. The design of the product is extremely fluid and has an easy feel as you navigate between pages. The team has continually reached out about ways to improve the product, and we are hopeful that our feedback will be incorporated. We primarily use Agora for its distribution functionality, which allows us to initiate a distribution from inside the system and they coordinate with our bank behind the scenes, a feature we have not seen elsewhere. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** There are various places throughout the system that feel redundant and could be streamlined. The feel and transition between each page is very smooth, but it can feel like you are having to click to confirm, then re-confirm, and then confirm again, at various points in the system. That is not to say that the extra confirmations are not a helpful safeguard, but there are points that could definitely be streamlined. **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are extremely focused on streamlining the distribution process. Nothing came close to what Agora was able to offer us. It is a turnkey solution for all of our business needs including tax and payments. Besides being easy to use, our investors love the intuitive portal. We use this platform daily and have yet to have an issue. They take their customer's feedback seriously and have implemented or are in the process of implementing requests that we've suggested. The biggest differentiator between Agora and others has been their onboarding and customer support. Pini and Haim were instrumental in ensuring the platform was setup correctly for us and provided excellent training to ensure we get the most out of it. We're very happy with selecting Agora! **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** Deeper integration with Office365/Outlook for the CRM portion would be great. Currently we have to add in a BCC address to track items sent/received via email.
