When selecting a vendor for our real estate investment needs, we did a lot of homework. Nothing came close to what Agora was able to offer us. It is a turnkey solution for all of our business needs including tax and payments. Besides being easy to use, our investors love the intuitive portal. We use this platform daily and have yet to have an issue.

They take their customer's feedback seriously and have implemented or are in the process of implementing requests that we've suggested.

The biggest differentiator between Agora and others has been their onboarding and customer support. Pini and Haim were instrumental in ensuring the platform was setup correctly for us and provided excellent training to ensure we get the most out of it.

Deeper integration with Office365/Outlook for the CRM portion would be great. Currently we have to add in a BCC address to track items sent/received via email.

Agora is easy to use and the UI is very user friendly. As we ramp up to more properties, i've received all the support that I needed. The onboarding and education process with Agora RE is exactly what I hoped for. They transferred all our data and went the extra mile to get all the details right. This is the second investor software we've used, so I only have one other system to compare. Nonetheless, Agora RE needs to add additional levels of control for Staff Management. We have added different General Partners for every real estate syndication we've done and each Staff person should only be able to see and control the project they are associated with.
