What do you like best about Agilysys?

Cost for the solution is much more competitive than the bigger players in the market. The solution has features that are relevant to the hospitality space. When there is a challenge the support team responds in a resonable timeframe. Integration for enabling communication with other 3rd party app is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agilysys?

If you are not using Agilysys POS and PMS together and only using the POS - Infogenesis you will find that integrating with a PMS such as OPERA is limited in functionality, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
