Agentnoon as a solution is designed with the end user in mind. It is sophisticated enough to give you high fidelity design insights, but not so sophisticated that you have to be a deep expert in Org Design to use it. In addition, the team at AgentNoon is 'all in' with you as the user and provides best in class support. These elements make it a fantastic solution for a dynamic organization looking for a systems based workflow for Org Design. Its impressive data visualisation and ability to intuitively reorganise our hierarchy data has helped us to rethink how we view employee data for now and the future.

In Agentnoon it's easy to setup an integration of data from a payroll system. Implementation was easy. Realtime analytics and KPI tracking are a big improvement over monthly reports. The forecasting and budgeting tools are very useful to track and monitor workforce costs. For restructures Agentnoon lets you create what if scenarios to compare structured and finacial costs with other stakeholders. The support from Agentnoon was excellent. We are using AgentNoon for organizational analysis/analytics and headcount+cost variance reviews. The product has a lot of basic features built in already which means you are up and running quickly. There were some bugs across the interface and a few features which were lacking. However, with the personal involvement of the founding team and extended support, not only the issues resolved very quickly, but requests for additional features were also taken up and updates issued within a short period of time! If I had to pick at something, maybe it's the self-service integrations with standard ATS and HRMS. But again, it's a minor hitch. The manual integrations do the job, and the waiting times are shorter than a coffee break.
