"Deep Customization and Fast Delivery with Flow Builder and Agentforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Honestly, what stands out most to me as a developer is how deeply customizable the platform is without constantly having to write custom code. With Flow Builder, Apex triggers, and now Agentforce’s AI agents, you get a layered toolkit: you can handle about 80% of business logic with clicks, and only drop into code when you truly need that extra precision.

What I didn’t expect to appreciate as much as I do is how well the platform documents itself. When a business team says, “We want reps to get a nudge when a deal hasn’t moved in 14 days,” I can automate that in Flow, add an AI-generated email suggestion via Agentforce, and have it deployed and tested in the same afternoon. That speed to delivery has genuinely changed how my stakeholders view the development team.

The Einstein/Agentforce layer being native to the CRM data model is a real differentiator, too. I’m not stitching together an external AI API and hoping the data mapping holds up—the AI already understands what an Opportunity, Lead, or Activity means in context. That removes an entire class of integration headaches I’m used to dealing with on other platforms.

For me as a developer, that’s the real win: less time being a data plumber, and more time building things that actually move the needle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The elephant in the room is always pricing. As a developer, I feel that pain in a very specific way—not only with my own licence, but every time I have to have the conversation with a client or an internal stakeholder about why the feature they want needs an add-on, which then means an upgrade, which then triggers a new contract cycle.

For smaller businesses or leaner teams, it can genuinely feel like Salesforce is architected around enterprise budgets, and everyone else is left trying to make do with whatever they can afford. I’ve seen solid implementations get watered down simply because the right features were priced out of reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: Native Salesforce AI That Transformed Our Lead Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The best part of Agentforce Sales is how it turns our CRM into an active, autonomous team member. The SDR feature has completely changed our workflow: it engages inbound leads instantly, 24/7, uses our historical Data Cloud records to qualify them, and schedules high-intent meetings directly on our reps’ calendars. Unlike other AI tools that feel like they’re just layered on top, Agentforce works natively inside Salesforce. Because it uses the same object model and APIs, everything fits cleanly, with no data ending up stuck in strange places. On top of that, the low-code Agent Builder makes customization straightforward. With simple drag-and-drop, we can now handle tasks that used to take ages and require complex coding, which has freed up our admin team’s time significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Agentforce Sales is very powerful, but the steep learning curve and the complex setup process are significant drawbacks. It’s definitely not plug-and-play; you need a strong data foundation in Data Cloud to make it work well. In practice, that often means relying on an experienced admin or bringing in external consultants to get everything configured correctly.

Pricing is another challenge, and it can get expensive quickly. Because Agentforce uses consumption-based pricing for AI agent conversations, costs can jump fast if there’s a sudden spike in lead volume. For that reason, closely monitoring usage is essential to ensure you’re getting a solid return on your investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: Streamlining Sales Workflows and Boosting Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I appreciate Agentforce Sales's intuitive interface and seamless automation features that help me manage my sales pipeline efficiently. The AI-powered insights and recommendations allow me to prioritize deals and focus on high-value opportunities. Integration with other Salesforce products creates a unified platform that eliminates data silos and provides a complete view of customer interactions. The mobile accessibility ensures I can stay productive whether I'm at the office or on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I find the initial setup and configuration process can be time-consuming and requires technical expertise to customize properly. The licensing cost is higher compared to some competitor solutions, which may be challenging for smaller businesses. The platform's extensive features can feel overwhelming for new users who require significant training to navigate all capabilities effectively. Some reporting customization options are limited and don't provide the level of granularity I need for certain business metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly with Comprehensive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like how user intuitive Agentforce Sales is. It's really user-friendly, making it easy to get to know the ins and outs of Salesforce. Anyone can become an expert with it as it doesn't take much to understand the tool. The guides are a great help too. The ease of use makes me feel secure that my job is being done correctly, which adds immense value to my workdays. The features are immensely helpful as I can send emails to customers, track my cases, track my performance, and make reports if I wish. Additionally, the integration with Slack and Gmail is great because I get notifications for emails and case assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I think one of the things that can be improved is the layout aspect of the tool. I feel that sometimes it could be a little bland. It could be more colorful. There could be more options for the users to change and modify and personalize more. The tool itself so that it's more friendly and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: Autonomous AI and Custom Dashboards That Supercharge Our Pipeline"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Agentforce Sales stands out for how well it combines strong pipeline visibility with autonomous AI. The dashboard’s drag-and-drop interface lets us quickly build customizable opportunity views and manager-ready metrics, so we’re not spending hours every week on reporting.

Our transition from Leadscout to Agentforce has been genuinely revolutionary. Before, it mainly served as a source of information; now, the autonomous AI agents work alongside our sales development reps by scoring research leads and drafting emails to them. On top of that, the native integrations with Slack and Google Workspace help us keep internal communication truly real time. Overall, the mix of flexible UI customization, solid third-party integrations, and accurate predictive forecasting has made our sales process faster than ever and improved our CRM ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Despite being highly effective, the broad functionality offered by Agentforce Sales can create real challenges for user training because of the steep learning curve. Setting up advanced autonomous AI workflows and tailored triggers requires strong technical expertise and may even mean appointing a dedicated administrator, since a typical sales manager is unlikely to be able to build and maintain these configurations easily.

Budget management can also be challenging. Forecasting costs tied to the use of advanced AI automation options or additional Flex Credits may be difficult, and expenses can add up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

as a salesforce consultant i use salesforce to design , implement and optimize CRM solutions for client across sales, marketing and service domain, i like its high level of customization and flexiblity. salesforce allows me to design solutions based on specific business requirement using custom objects , workflows and automation tools. another major strength is its complex CRM ecosystem, covering sales , marketing , customer support , analytics, this makes it a one stop platform for customer lifecycles management, the AppExchange ecosystem is also very powerful, with thousand of integration available, making easy to connect salesfroce with other enterprise tools. i also appreciate the strong reporting and dashboards which provide real time insights into sales performance and customer data. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

the biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation, salesforce is not plug and play, it require proper planning, configuration and often a dedicated admin or consultant, the cost can be high , especially when you include licence, add ons and implementation expenses, there is also a steep learning curve, especially for new users or non technical teams, sometimes performance issues like slow loading or glitches can impact user experinece. "“Agentforce Sales Simplified Our Workflow and Improved Team Efficiency”"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

To be honest, What I love most about Agentforce Sales is how much easier my team's workflow has become after its implementation. Previously, my sales reps had to figure out what lead to reach out to first; now they get prioritized automatically right from the beginning of their day. It does not take my new employees much time to learn the ins-and-outs of the platform as even my last recruit managed to independently update opportunities and generate reports without any additional training during the first week he joined the company. The progress made in the sales process gets notified via the Slack channel automatically, thus there is no need for anyone to report any updates on their own. This tool has never caused any problems despite all my employees logging in simultaneously whereas with the previous platform, it would slow down at times. However, what amazed me was that AI-driven e-mail recommendations made a lot of difference as one of my sales reps started to utilize them consistently and achieved higher response rates after just a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

This may seem a little unfair, but I believe it will help others decide. First of all, our issues started with pricing; we knew what we would pay, but when we started adding the necessary automation features, we ended up paying much more than initially assumed. Second, our team simply doesn't manage to build any automations independently. Each time we need to add some functionality, we need to wait for a salesforce administrator since it's impossible to do anything ourselves due to the back end system restrictions. We have also faced trouble connecting our billing software to this CRM; apparently, nobody told us about that, and we ended up buying a separate service for that purpose. Speaking about AI, it seems to work great, except the times when it misses the point completely. For example, recently it tried to suggest setting up a product demo with one of our clients who used our services for two years. Finally, if you choose not to go with their premium plan, you'll need to wait up to three days for your inquiries to be handled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: All-in-One CRM, Automation, and AI That Boosts Sales Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it combines CRM, automation, and AI into a single platform that helps sales teams work more efficiently. Features like automated activity tracking, AI-powered insights, pipeline management, and lead prioritization reduce manual work and let sales reps focus more on closing deals and building customer relationships. The platform is also highly customizable and integrates well with other business tools, making it useful for organizations with complex sales processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One thing I dislike about Agentforce Sales is that the platform can feel overly complex, especially during the initial setup and customization process. Many users report that configuring workflows, automations, and reports often requires dedicated admin support or technical expertise. The large number of settings and menus can also make troubleshooting difficult for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agentforce Sales: Proactive, Context-Aware Automation with Strong Security and Easy Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Perhaps the most distinctive aspect of Agentforce Sales is how it has evolved from a reactive CRM into a proactive, “agentic” ecosystem powered by the Atlas Reasoning Engine. The ability to ground autonomous agents through Data Cloud integration with third-party applications such as Shopify or Zendesk helps ensure the AI outputs are highly contextualized and actionable.

From a usability standpoint, it’s straightforward to work with thanks to the drag-and-drop Agentforce Builder. At the same time, being able to quickly configure “Topics” and “Instructions” has saved me countless hours each week, without giving up the advanced capabilities that support custom Apex execution.

On the automation side, implementing Agentforce sales automation tools has allowed us to fully automate repetitive, high-volume administrative work like lead generation, qualification, and research, and it has become a key driver of ROI. What stood out to me most, though, is the Einstein Trust Layer, which adds security by deidentifying personal information during generative processes without negatively affecting performance or latency.

Finally, the UI/UX integration with Lightning Experience, along with the strong onboarding program and the documentation available through Trailhead, makes this tool not only a system of record but also an intelligence layer that can scale 24/7. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The primary challenge is the significant dependency on Data Cloud and the prerequisite of near-perfect data hygiene. In order to leverage the power of Atlas Reasoning Engine, you will need to map your entire data architecture because the agents sometimes lack context or produce unclear results. The other issue here is the learning curve involved in the move from deterministic logic (as implemented by Flow Builder) to 'Agentic' reasoning. This solution definitely isn’t plug-and-play-friendly for corporate environments due to the necessity to develop Topics and Instructions with an eye to avoiding actions overlap. Finally, I really wish we could see usage and credits monitoring in the Agent Management panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Sales, Powerful Automation, and Real-Time Analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how customizable and scalable the platform is for sales teams of any size. The UI has improved significantly over the years, especially with Lightning Experience, making dashboards, pipelines, and reports much easier to manage compared to older CRM systems. The overall UX feels modern, and once users are familiar with the workflow, navigation becomes very efficient.

Another major advantage is the integration ecosystem. It connects smoothly with tools like Outlook, Gmail, Slack, marketing automation platforms, and third-party apps through AppExchange, which helps centralize sales operations in one place. The AI capabilities, especially through Einstein and Agentforce automation features, are also valuable for forecasting, lead prioritization, and identifying sales opportunities faster.

From a business perspective, the reporting and analytics are extremely powerful. Managers can track pipeline health, team performance, and customer engagement in real time, which improves decision-making and visibility across departments. The onboarding resources, training materials, and support community are also strong compared to many competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

While the platform is powerful, there are definitely areas that can feel frustrating. The biggest challenge is the learning curve. New users often find the system overwhelming at first because there are so many features, configurations, and settings. Even simple customizations may require admin support or technical knowledge.

Pricing is another concern. Salesforce can become expensive quickly once additional licenses, AI features, integrations, or advanced reporting modules are added. For smaller businesses, the ROI may take time to justify unless the company fully utilizes the platform’s capabilities.

Performance can occasionally be inconsistent as well. Some pages or reports load slowly when dealing with large datasets or heavily customized environments. The UI, although improved, can still feel cluttered in certain areas with too many clicks needed to complete simple tasks.

Support quality also varies depending on the subscription tier. Standard support may not always provide fast resolutions for complex issues, and implementation often requires experienced consultants or dedicated administrators, which adds to the overall cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
