**What do you like best about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

I like that I can log a call, post to stakeholders when additional information is needed, respond to the client, and find helpful information and SOPs in the Knowledge Base. Being able to track my cases and solves and compare them to my team helps me ensure I am as productive as everyone else, or, if I am being less productive, identify when I need help. I like that I can track all of my open/on-hold/pending cases in one place - and I can customize the views of my queues to meet my personal needs. Being able to integrate TalkDesk into the platform helps us avoid having too many extra apps. The chat feature inside Salesforce not only allows us to interact live with the client, but also uses Knowledge to provide answers and keeps an open case to respond to the client via email after the interaction. I use Salesforce all day, every day for all of our client interactions, and it makes everything so easy to have available in one place. Salesforce also allows for Jira integration and custom templates; which I have used at previous jobs; unfortunately, my current organization doesn't utilize these tools. I also like that I can see all the account information within Salesforce when assisting a client so I can see all the details I need to when assisting them.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?**

There isn't anything specific I dislike about Salesforce. I think the things I dislike are company restrictions, not Salesforce restrictions. For example, Salesforce offers Jira integrations, which would be excellent for us; however, our organization hasn't included them as an option. Salesforce also allows agents to create and use custom templates; however, the only templates available to us are made by our organization. We used to use a different platform, and I was very excited when I found out we were switching to Salesforce, as I have used it in the past.

It allows agents in my organization to collaborate and have easy access to account information. It enables agents to email, chat, and have live phone interactions without having to have multiple apps as we did previously.

What i appreciate most about the salesforce platform is how it helps me stay ahead of the game. I don't have to chase down updates or dig through spreadsheets anymore, everything I need is right there, organized and up to date. The automation features are mind blowing. from lead assignment to follow up reminders, it takes care of the repetitive stuff so my team can focus on selling. The reporting tools are super intuitive. I can pull up pipeline health, deal velocity or forecast accuracy in seconds, which makes my one on ones and leadership updates way more productive. As my team grows or the processes evolve, salesforce grows with me. It is not just a CRM, it is the backbone of how I sell smarter and faster.

salesforce has a lot to offer and while it can be complex at first, that depth is what makes it so powerful. Once the team gets comfortable, it becomes an essential part of how I manage relationships, track performance and close deals more efficiently.

Migrating to the cloud with salesforce has transformed how well I sell. It has made the sales process more agile, connected and efficient. I launched a new sales incentive program to boost engagement during a slow quarter. Using salesforce's cloud based tools, my sales ops team built a custom app using pre configured templates and the WYSIWYG editor. The app tracked individual rep performance, displayed real time progress towards targets and automatically triggered alerts when milestones were hit. Because the app was deployed natively in the cloud, it was instantly accessible across desktop and mobile devices, no installation needed. I'm giving a review for Field Audit Tracking, something that I use to find information on user behavior. Right now our current use case for it is to track data submitted by our userbase to ensure compliance with HIPAA  to ensure users are supplying HIPAA compliant information. We check audit tralis and audit history periodically. We enjoy it's ease of access and how we can find how to use the information. We find that the excel exports of the information are also useful for siphoning out the information we need.

I do wish we had a lengthier history of finding our audit information and details. In addition I wish that there were ways to further specify fields that we could extract info for.

Field history tracking in Setup Audit Trail which we use for monitoring user behavior through logins on approved devices and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Salesforce Flows is incredibly powerful, allowing me to use clicks rather than code to develop automated processes. Many large business adopted/adopting and planning to adopt the salesforce, the main purpose is security and seamless integration to other external systems. It has lightening platform that can be modified for each individual event tiny requirements making it extremely easy for users.

Its regular business licenses are very expensive, small business can't afford easily. Furthermore, it has very limited space for file storage therefore it is not recommended for documents upload, pictures or other files.

I live and breath in Salesforce. It is an amazing software that helps me in my day to day as an Account Executive. I‘ve been using Salesforce for the past 7 years, every company customize it in a different way, but the software is so powerful that always impressed me. I‘m huge fan of the analytical data that I can get from it, the Dashboard and Reporting view are quite impressive.

I‘ve been using Dashboards to track all existing trials, Close Won deals, Pipeline creation and metrics. There are plenty of views in our Lightening version that help us to close more deals. In Asana, we use Salesforce every day and is our source of truth for everything!

Salesforce offers complete services. We can automate our tasks more effectively than before by using different types of flows. We can do this without coding, relying instead on straightforward knowledge and smart thinking to solve complex problems. It also has many integrations across different platforms, which makes our work easier.

Salesforce is powerful, but it can be too complex for simple tasks. Customizing it can take a lot of time because of too many clicks and limited options. Debugging Apex is not as smooth as using modern IDEs. Deployment between orgs feels outdated and could use better tools. One suggestion is Copado or using the CLI.
