What do you dislike about AgencySmart?

Storage of sent e-mails to clients within the client files. Today, those e-mails are only stored under the user who sent the e-mail. All people should be able to see those e-mails when viewing the client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencySmart?

It is truly an all in one platform! I can track everything from commissions to renewals in a couple of clicks. The quoting engine is second to none and the team at AS are always thinking of new features to make our lives easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AgencySmart's ease of use and client trainings are what has separated us from the competition for the last 20 years and we'd like to continue being a client-first company. AgencySmart has demonstration & training signup forms available on the AgencySmart website at all times (https://agencysmart.com/schedule-a-demonstration/), completely free of charge.

Additionally, AgencySmart has reminders set in place to proactively reach out to any users that we feel aren't utilizing our solutions as much as they should to ensure that they're getting the full value of our software.
