I love the reports it generates for quotes. They are easy to understand and because they are in excel format it is easy to customize. They look extremely professional especially compared to other reports from other quoting systems that I have used.

There are a couple of fixes that I would like:

when there are multiple plans for a client the ability to show different spreadsheets for each option.

Doctor Links for each carrier on the quoting spreadsheet
