What do you like best about AgencySmart?

AgencySmart maximizes my daily productivity and assists me greatly. The quoting, proposal, enrollment and service documentation features offer full support from pre-sale through renewal. Agency Smart is very easy to use and I really like that account records and information are so readily accessible. AgencySmart is an excellent agency management system. What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

The quoting feature allows me to provide prospects and clients with comprehensive, clear proposals timely and efficently. The benefit statements are very helpful for many clients.

What do you like best about AgencySmart?

Whatever you can imagine wanting in an insurance database system, you will find in AgencySmart. When compared to AgencyBloc and others, this was a "No Brainer" decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AgencySmart:

Changing your insurance database system can be a frightful experience and exhausting experience. Did you make the right decision? Will they convert all the necessary data properly? How responsive are they when i need help? Will it do everything they said it would do? I must say the transition went so much better than expected. This was mainly due to the responsiveness of the tech support to get your system up and running as smoothly as possible. Anytime we saw something missing from our old system, they immediately came up with a quick fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Besides the normal data base data and commission tracking, I now have the ability to quote health insurance plans with one system. I look forward to exploring the new Benefit Administration system giving me another edge to obtain new business while retaining existing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencySmart?

The ease of entering in information, locating information in the system and the rates and plans are loaded correctly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AgencySmart?

The quoting needs to be tweaked for our office due to our very specific needs, it works but not to the best of what it can be. Meeting with the team to show them what we need. The system is intuitive but not that intuitive, again, meeting with the IT team to discuss changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering AgencySmart:

Look at what you need overall, what reports you need and what information you need in those reports, do you need premium amounts for the clients, do you need commissions statements, do you need a to do list, what information you need for each client record, what information you need for each quote and how should the spreadsheet look, how do you want the broker name and the client name. What benefits are needed for the clients, what insurance lines are needed, how should the rates show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

we are solving enrollment changes, plan changes, it is easier to renew a group and confirm enrollment and know what the premiums are more than before Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AgencySmart?

Agency smart is the most friendly, comprehensive, cost effective client management system I have ever had the please of utilizing.

I have been through a few different programs over the years trying to find the best fit for my agency to organize and track client and prospect information, as well as producer activity and commissions, when I was introduced to Agency smart.

Once browsed through the system and was made aware of its potential, it was one of the easiest decisions for me to switch over to Agency Smart. I would recommend it to everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much to dislike about agencysmart. it is way ahead of it's game compared to competitors.

If there was anything i wish would improve, it would be the mutli-option quoting. having a way to change the enrollment within a quote without having to start a whole new quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
