Firstly, it's the easiest platform I've ever used, we went through months of trials with lots of similar softwares and they were either too difficult to navigate, not user friendly or incredibly overpriced. All of our staff love to use AgencyAnalytics collaboratively, it's so user friendly and we love the ability to personalise client reports with logos, text boxes which we use to track goals, and of course the range of colour options to tailor reports to our clients. In just one month of us AgencyAnalytics we've had lots of great feedback from our clients, saying our reports are much easier to understand than what we used to do. Another huge benefit is the support, anytime we've had a query the AgencyAnalytics team are fast to respond, super friendly and really take the time to explain, this is a deal breaker for me, I think it's so important to have great support options and AgencyAnalytics ticks all the boxes. I can't recommend AgencyAnalytics enough to agencies of all sizes who are looking to streamline their reporting or management of clients, it's such an incredible platform! What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Before using AgencyAnalytics, we used a very manual method of reporting, including typing out results/metrics from each platform into a spreadsheet, which took hours and hours, now we spend less than 30 minutes per client report as opposed to around 4-5 hours.
