"A mobile application that keeps us connected anytime and anywhere."

What do you like best about Connect?

Connect has made it easy to communicate from anywhere and its advanced technology provided me with the best experience thus giving multiple workspace operators from different sites. It is made as easy and simple keeping in view the ease of its users. Its features that grabbed my attention most include its capacity management, Access controls, and maintenance schedules. Another plus point for me is that Connect is the most protective software to share sensitive content and it ensures the safety of one’s data and it helped me a lot in being connected with my partners and teammates for as much time as I needed. What do you dislike about Connect?

I am satisfied with it but I think they should change the basic outlook of it or should try to make it a little more interesting just to avoid monotony. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Frankly speaking, I have found it really helpful along with being one of the easiest to use and user friendly as well and I am so much impressed with it and the way it helped me in getting connected with my fellows and colleagues and it’s different features makes it more convenient for me and I can proudly say that I really admire it and would recommend others to give it a try, you would love it for sure. What do you like best about Connect?

Love the variety of email campaigns available. Templates are already created and all you have to do is customize them. You can set it up to reach out as often as you like with relevant information for each client. We also use it for holiday greetings and e-newsletter type content with agency news, industry news, and other useful tips and info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connect?

I wish it worked better with sending birthday emails. It doesn't pull the birthdays from our client database so birthday emails can't go out. I think our clients really liked that with our old platform and we haven't been able to bring that back with AR yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Connect:

Be patient. Make sure it will work with your client database. I asked for a reference before we onboarded and was glad to talk to another person in the industry with experience using connect. They also have support for website building and maintenance. Very happy with that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated emails save so much time! Reviews go out so that we can get in touch with the clients and hear from them. We get lots of responses from these. Just a great way to stay at front of mind and get updates from clients a couple of times a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
