**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

From the moment that a consigment has been created, Aftership will take care from there on our customer journey. It's track every moment of the package from API data directly linked to the courier partner. It's send tracking email flow to customers so that we do not have to follow ups with customers manually with their order status anymore. Very quick support when we face any issues.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Nothing to complaint about AfterShip they just simply a great company with a variety of products to help our business. They can do better with much more affordable plans for small business with add-on features.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Courier packages with detail history, email flow notifations to be sending out to customers, easy integrated tracking page for our brand.com for our customers to track their orders status seamlessly.

I recently had an issue on this site and reached out to customer support for help. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Rajat, and I can honestly say that his help was phenomenal. Ankit was also very patient, and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly.

Email notification, carrier integration , very easy with communication, his name Nitin.

I have not used aftership long enough to find any cons.

I had an issue regarding domain verification but I joined a google meet call with an agent here at Aftership, Nitin. He helped me transfer the cname records and was able to resolve my issues.

With the AfterShip Tracking app, I save valuable thoughts about my customers' parcels reaching their end where acquisition. Ankit is very great. My reviews oscillate between surveys and customers' thoughts: All practices preserved are critical, particularly if having guaranteed retention in the wending of words and errors in returns. This has aided intuition and augmented growth progressively.

It Works, but you will find road blocks at every turn unless you are ready to pay for premium or enterprise.

hidden costs for basic functions. Essentially you can add the apps for low cost, but if you want the rules, store credit or anything that works, you need top plans.

Prepaid labels, custom tracking page, custom tracking page domain& Easy return automation.

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

The aftersales experience it creates for your customers & tracking their packages, it integrates well with many couriers & offers a nice set of features that complement it. The technical support from agents on the Live Chat is already quick to respond & helpful with solutions.

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

It can get a little expensive as you scale up in volume & there's also quite a few different paid add-ons to consider. A few of the features in Aftership are restricted to Shopify only (for now, atleast) and these would be nice to bring to other platforms like Woocommerce.

Tracking of all shipments & notifications to customers / 3rd party platforms on tracking events.

The best thing is the support. I am a tiny business and have no IT expertise - yet AfterShip support feels like an extension of my business

The least helpful thing is the inability to re-synch a failed record every time - sometimes the app doesn't let me amend the record and try again, it remains greyed-out

Tracking for most couriers is great - we get instant updates through webhooks, a high quota and it's very stable. It's also very easy to integrate with.

We have been using Aftership for years and after experiencing a glitch in our system, the support we received was so very helpful. Turns out in the end that the glitch was something to do with our system and nothing to do with the Aftership app. but they still helped us get to the bottom of the issue and got us back to working quickly!

**What do you like best about AfterShip?**

Like the title of my review says, with AfterShip I have all of my tracking for my packages in one spot. I don't need to be looking through e-mails or build my own dashboards for keeping track of all the packages that are headed my way, making it exceptionally beneficial for those times when packages are late or lost!

**What do you dislike about AfterShip?**

Just like you will see in my screenshot (if you can see that), AfterShip doesn't let me categorize my shipments. I don't need to be looking at my personal deliveries (e.g., Amazon packages ordered to my personal account as opposed to my business account)  or even a Mother's Day Groupon I bought for my wife. If the algorithm were better at identifying these things and improving user experience, this app would be a 10.

**What problems is AfterShip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not currently using AfterShip to track the shipment of physical products I sell, but it is very helpful when tracking business consumables I frequently order, such as ink, paper, cables, adapters, computer parts, etc.

It's the only tool that really suits my use case since my business isn't integrated with any e-commerce solutions/platforms. The UI is also very similar to Shopify which helps with the onboarding experience. When I requested for help with my issue from Aftership, I was connected quickly with an agent (Nitin) which assisted me quickly through Google Meet.

Everything is good as of now, I don't really find anything wrong with it.
