I am able to schedule appointments, generate leads, and send text messages with only one platform. I also appreciate how quick their customer support is when it comes to troubleshooting, they are just one click away. It has definately been easy implenting AR into our rapidly growing business. **What do you dislike about Aesthetic Record?** The only thing I don't like is that sometimes we have complications with the AR App during check outs, it glitches at times. **What problems is Aesthetic Record solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aesthetic record is eleminating the need for us to be using multiple platforms. We can schedule appointments, text patients and generate leads all withing one system. ### 2. Also loading up product and placing injections to patient procedures is very easy to do. **What do you dislike about Aesthetic Record?** It is not easy at the beginning to find how to work with it, mainly because differs from ipad. This is the only drawback have experienced while using this software thus I recommend as great team support. **Recommendations to others considering Aesthetic Record:** This software enables me to sign and sent charts to medical director for review and I also love charting from the App. Also online booking is a nice feature for patients. **What problems is Aesthetic Record solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our patients like the app because making appointments is quick and painless and our clinic has never been busier and yet it all feels so smooth thus keeping my practices organized. ### 3.
