Integrations with other solutions. **What do you dislike about Casecloud?** Worried the expansions, without heavy customizations, will be better used by law firms not internal legal departments. Facing a hard sell across other members of the corporate legal dept. **What problems is Casecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didnt have much metrics to report on, other than data we gathering into excel spreadsheets. Everything just kind of works of out the box. It is definitely one of the most comprehensive platforms on the market. **What do you dislike about Casecloud?** It can be intimidating at the beginning and not as user friendly as some of the other matter management platforms. **What problems is Casecloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solves issue of forgetting to bill clients.
