Advocacy Maven is knowledgeable about customer advocacy and the Influitive platform. The team has been extremely helpful with assisting us in the CSM role of improving our backend processes, recommending improvements, and responding quickly to questions. Our implementation specialist, Simona was accessible and knowledgeable. At times, we weren't sure of what we were looking for and she was able to dissect our ideas and make them happen.
