**What do you like best about Adverity?**

Adverity stands out in particular for its wide range of data visualization and analysis capabilities. A notable strength is its ability to consolidate and combine different data sources, enabling detailed and in-depth analysis.

Furthermore, the tool is designed to be user-friendly overall. Creating various dashboards and custom reports is efficient and offers a high degree of flexibility for different requirements. The platform’s structure and usability also support a streamlined workflow.

Another positive aspect is the modern and appealing design of the interface. The clear layout of the dashboards and reports facilitates daily use and ensures an overall pleasant user experience.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

With Adverity, correcting individual data errors is particularly time-consuming. Adjustments cannot be made directly within the tool but require changes to the respective data source, which can be very cumbersome and time-consuming in some cases.

In addition, Adverity offers a wide range of visualization options, but setting them up and configuring them can be complex and is not always intuitive. Especially for more complex visualizations, implementation is only possible with additional guidance.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adverity solves the problem of centrally consolidating and analyzing data from various sources. Instead of having to manually export and compare data from different platforms, it can be automatically aggregated and analyzed in shared dashboards.

Users benefit in particular from significantly more efficient reporting and a better overall view of relevant metrics. In addition, the extensive analysis and visualization capabilities enable more in-depth evaluations and make it easier to identify correlations and trends more quickly. The flexible creation of various dashboards also helps tailor reports to different requirements.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I have used Adverity in 2 different companies for connecting multiple data sources to multiple destinations. I appreciate the vast number of pre-existing data sources and destinations available in Adverity. The simplicity in creating datastreams is another feature I like. When we needed to pull data from multiple sources like GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc., and push it to a database or Google Sheets, Adverity's ability to combine these pieces together was incredibly helpful. The transformation capabilities within Adverity did the heavy lifting, allowing us to automate and schedule data collection from GA4 to Google Sheets efficiently. The initial setup of Adverity was relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

Some areas of the dashboard are not intuitive and need proper investigation and learning process.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adverity to automate data collection and transformation, connecting multiple sources like GA4 and Google Ads to destinations like Google Sheets, simplifying our reporting with clean, useful data.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I like using Adverity for holding a significant part of our data and reporting pipelines in a single environment. I appreciate the platform's flexibility, as it doesn't show a Google bias like Looker, and it's complex enough to implement advanced solutions. The flexibility and power of Adverity allow us to offer bespoke and customized reporting solutions for our clients, which are invaluable tools they're willing to pay a premium for.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

The data visualization capabilities have started to feel dated and a bit restrictive. It seems like changes are being rushed out piecemeal, and we're not always aware of these plans. This means that client dashboards are changing without prior warning from us. More flexibility and options for visualizations/charts, like 4 axis/cross-plots, are needed. Better page design and formatting capabilities, and options for better-looking exports are also desired. Additionally, the initial setup was difficult due to a steep learning curve for non-data specialists.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adverity improves efficiency, accuracy, quality, and scalability of client reporting. It holds significant data pipelines in a single environment, offers customization for reporting, and provides flexibility without Google bias, allowing us to create bespoke solutions that clients value.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I've been a dedicated Adverity user for over 7 years. Adverity allows us to centralize our data operations in a single easy to use platform. The UI design is sleek & intuitive. There are tons of valuable data integrations across all sectors of marketing with the ability to develop new connectors rather quickly. The support & engineering teams are top notch and knowledgable about their product and the industry. If we run across a bug, need help with an error, or want to discuss a new project our account representatives & support team are quick to respond. What is truly valuable is the time the Adverity team dedicates to its clients in order to ensure their success. Adverity has introduced a few incredible features over the past years that use AI to assist with naming conventions & data monitoring. Their management API is also particularly useful for control over your data operations in Adverity. Platform performance is consistently great despite hundreds of daily fetches across all hours of the day. The value we receive for the price makes Adverity an easy choice.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

Due to the nature of utilizing vendor APIs, sometimes changes to API versions & upgrades aren't captured as quickly as needed. Development work takes time to thoroughly test, but speeding up turnaround for new connectors & connector changes would be ideal.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adverity helps us centralize all of our data connections. Having everything located in one place allows for efficient scheduling and monitoring. We also have significant time savings in  setup & maintenance of vendor API connections as a result of using Adverity.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I would say the UI of Adverity is something that I have gotten familiar with and it's pretty neat. It's very easy to understand how the data is flowing, from the connector to the warehouse. I often use the preview feature, which is another good feature. Adverity also makes it easier to look up data in cases of discrepancies. Plus, it allows me to sort and do some minor checks on the data based on the columns. This feature has been a game changer, especially when I need to quickly check a column of data for uniqueness.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

So as our data sources have increased, we have been facing issues with backlogs. There have been many instances where Adverity just couldn't keep up with the load of data that we wanted to process. And that has been a real issue for us lately. So that is something that could genuinely be improved. We are always in touch with our sales rep and discuss any mitigation methods for this. But so far, it still happens on and off.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Adverity to easily track data discrepancies and streamline checking data uniqueness, which is a game changer. The UI makes understanding data flow simple, and I rely on the preview feature for quick checks without downloading data.

  ### 6. Helpful Error Messages, but Setup Still Needs Improvement

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

Precise error messages when there are issues, especially when creating a new datastream, if there are issues with the set up, the datastream will fail to save and let me know what's wrong with the set up.

Also being able to see datastreams that are running and any that are running for over 2 hours is very helpful with troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

There are times where, after a fetch is complete and the UI states that the data is loaded, Adverity does not communicate this with the destination that is connected to our database. This means we have to manually look for anything that is not complete in our database and then look for it in Adverity to see what is happening.

Available Adverity documentation found on the Adverity site is often not up to date and there is no date to be seen so it's hard to find out if something has been updated recently or not. 
It will also be helpful to have a list of user permissions an authorisation account needs on the vendor end to be able to fetch data from the vendor.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A recent OS upgrade caused all the bar colours on the Performance Manager page to be the same which made it a struggle to notice which datastreams are still running at a glance. Adverity recently updated this so that the status of each datastream has a different colour which saves us time and helps us notice if there are many datatstreams that are running for a longer period of time than expected.

  ### 7. Streamlines Cross-Platform Ad Data, but Support and Image Pull Needs Work

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I work with clients who use various platforms and Adverity has been able to cover most of them. Overall performs well in pulling ads across our client accounts allowing us to streamline the dataset.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

We had a loading issue where our client would connect to Adverity but then the client's account wouldn't load. Adverity wasn't willing to get on the phone/call to support and they said they fixed the issue but it wasn't fully addressed. It was frustrating to have to go back to the client to troubleshoot multiple times for Adverity to fix it. Adverity also does not fully pull in ads. We had to create our own code to pull ads where images are missing.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more than 15 social accounts we need to collect data from, all with different mechanisms for tagging and how their accounts are set up to run ads. Adverity has helped us significantly streamline getting ad data by allowing us to send an email invite to clients to connect.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

What I like best about Adverity is how much time it saves by automating data collection and reporting across multiple marketing platforms. Instead of manually exporting and combining data from sources like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and programmatic DSPs, Adverity centralizes everything in one place and keeps it updated automatically.

The extensive library of integrations is a major advantage, and the platform's data transformation tools make it easy to standardize metrics across channels for more consistent reporting. This has reduced manual work, minimized the risk of errors, and allowed our team to focus more on analyzing campaign performance and generating insights rather than preparing reports. As reporting needs have grown, Adverity has scaled well and become an important part of our day-to-day workflow.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

While Adverity is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial learning curve can be steep, especially when working with more advanced data transformations and custom workflows. Some features require a deeper understanding of the platform than expected, which can make onboarding new users challenging.

Connector maintenance can also occasionally require manual intervention when APIs change or data sources are updated, and troubleshooting these issues can take time. Additionally, while the platform is highly customizable, navigating more complex configurations can sometimes feel less intuitive than the core reporting features.

I'd also like to see continued enhancements to the AI-driven insights and automation capabilities, particularly around proactively identifying data anomalies and recommending optimizations. Overall, these are relatively minor trade-offs given the value the platform provides, but they are areas where the user experience could continue to improve.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adverity solves the challenge of consolidating marketing data from multiple platforms into a single, reliable source of truth. Before using it, reporting often involved manually exporting data from various advertising platforms, formatting spreadsheets, and reconciling metrics across channels, which was both time-consuming and prone to errors.

By automating data collection, transformation, and reporting, Adverity has significantly streamlined our workflow. We spend far less time on manual data preparation and more time analyzing campaign performance and making optimization decisions. Having standardized, up-to-date data across channels also improves reporting accuracy and helps us deliver insights to clients and internal stakeholders more quickly. As the number of campaigns and data sources grows, the platform scales with our needs, making reporting more efficient and consistent.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

The ease of connecting to the APIs, how easy it is to organize all the workspaces and projects, and how easy it is to detect errors on the dashboard. Everything is very intuitive and greatly speeds up the work.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

I think the dashboard visualization part could improve and become more "automatable." For example, I hate having to set conditional formatting for each metric to turn green if it's >0 or red if it's <0. It would be nice to have something to copy the format, like a brush. However, they are making improvements, and the dashboards are looking better each time. It's more of a whim because I am aware that Adverity is not really a visualization tool per se. But I think it has a lot of potential in that area, more than they realize.

Adverity helps me to have controlled, organized, and automated data extraction from various advertising platforms in one place. Something that would require a great effort for many of our clients.

**What do you like best about Adverity?**

I like the “transform data” step because it lets us create and transform columns, then send them directly to our BQ or Spreadsheet. I also appreciate the scheduling options, since we can set up a routine to correct the data while taking the conversion window into account.

**What do you dislike about Adverity?**

I believe the “credentials options” could be better. Sometimes it’s complicated to update credentials, and we’ve also run into a few bugs in that area that slow our work down. Overall, it isn’t very clear, and the whole process could be improved.

**What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adverity helps us handle the entire ETL process for our client smoothly, without any problems or concerns.
