What do you like best about Adverity?

The SLA that gets respected most of the time and the service by the help team is outstanding. They respond quickly upon a new ticket and try to assist as good as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adverity?

The platform lets us down sometimes, mistakes happen that are irreversible. Who made the mistake is often hard to track --\> f.e. all datastreams in DataTap get unscheduled, we cannot see who did this or reverse this with a single click.

The follow-up on tickets could be better. We have to ask for updates very often and get one every time. This implicates that updates are there, but not being communicated, leaving us craving for info.

Update 1/10/2024: follow-up on tickets has improved and service towards the BossData agency has as well. We have clear agreements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adverity solving and how is that benefiting you?

The easy data collection and transformation, as well as the amount of connectors DataTap has. We would not be able to ETL our data as quickly and efficiently without Adverity. We're non-technical people, since we are digital marketers and Adverity helps us be ambiguous in our knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’re also continuing to add AI throughout the platform to help users proactively identify errors before they occur – I hope this can provide long-term value for your team!

I’m sorry to hear about issues you may experience with the platform. To help troubleshoot changes to datastreams, I find that looking into activity history can be helpful. To do this, click into a datastream and select the “History” tab – here you can see the date, time, and user email address associated with different changes in that datastream.
