The UI/UX is simple and intuitive. The ease of transitioning from Portfolio Admin view to CRM view helps in bridging the client context to the assets they own. Ability to create custom client fields/data is essential and the product does this well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a Portfolio Admin perspective, the product does not easily support complex trading instruments. This means processes need to be developed outside of the system and then posted back into the accounts.
