What do you like best about Advarra eReg?

I love the user interface and the simple but smooth design for protocol staff and administrators. The system feels modern and intuitive, and it makes training users easy and efficient. Customer support is also one of the best I've worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Advarra eReg?

The system is always a work in progress. There are some features that we would like to see implemented that haven't yet, but the fact that the system is constantly evolving and changing provides an optimistic outlook that it will one day fit the tailored needs of every institution. I would prefer a focus on small tweaks/improvements to current features vs constantly adding new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows us to better manager regulatory files, which are almost always provided in an electronic format at this time. Allows us to get signatures on regulatory documents when we have study teams that are not all physically located in one area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
