From an accounting perspective, Advantage is pretty straightforward to use. However, there are some issues with a lot of reports that are still not available in Advantage yet, but were in their old Adassist tool, which they have now sunsetted, so it is a bit annoying that some basic reports haven't been transferred over, but my team is making do with what we have. My company is an integrated advertising agency with many departments of different expertise, but because Advantage is more primarily an accounting software, sometimes it's apparent when the add-ons that came in later updates (and are available now) are not really user-friendly for many of our other departments. For example, our Media team does not utilize all of the media-related tools in Advantage other than basic tasks such as the generating of insertion orders.
