What do you like best about Advantage HITS?
The customizability options, as an SME I work on different projects. The software seems to be adaptable to my needs and gets the job done. The interface seems to be easy to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Advantage HITS?
I just couldn't find a native application for my Mac. The web application works well though. I haven't had an issue as yet but I don't think there is a support team available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Advantage HITS?
It's cloud-based, which makes it efficient and reliable. It's got a web app so no necessary installations are to be made. It's customizable to my needs and makes everyday working fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Advantage HITS?
It's not available on macOS and iOS devices. Couldn't check up on my work on the go. I'm sure they are developing it though. Doesn't have live support and phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
