Adriel really stands out for how simple and intuitive it is. It’s super easy to navigate, so I can dive right in and get what I need without a ton of fuss. The customization options are a big plus too—I can set it up exactly how I want with all the widgets and data tables that matter to me. That flexibility has been huge for streamlining my workflow and staying focused on the metrics that actually move the needle.
Adriel just makes things easier. It’s straightforward, no-nonsense, and does exactly what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adriel works really well overall, but sometimes the data loading can be a bit slow. It's nothing major, just a minor annoyance here and there, and it doesn’t really take away from the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team at Adriel were easy to work with and always available to help with troubleshooting issues that we ran into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We did run into a number of glitches with the dashboards, mostly formatting issues. Widgets would disappear or change sizes, videos links weren't working. However, when we let the team know about these issues it was looked into very quickly and eventually fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that I can create and view the report I want right away. Also, it seems that data by medium is collected quite quickly, so I can see almost real-time data. And it's good to be able to link data directly with Google Sheet. I use Google Sheet a lot in the company, but I use it conveniently because I can import data without downloading a separate Excel file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, sometimes the data is erroneous, but the notification doesn't come up, so there are times when I have to check it by hand. In this case, it's a little cumbersome. But recently, there was no problem because the manager in charge updated the issues by media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process and support system for Adriel is fantastic. They have very knowledgable staff who are always readily available when I have question. I was able to quickly and easily get our client data uploaded. We use Adriel practically every day, and it has taken hours of manual reporting off our agency's plate. We have had some issues uploading client data for CTV platforms, but we are working through those with their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The standout feature of Adriel, on top of its ability to consolidate all our marketing data in one place, has to be global filters that affect all widgets within 1 dashboard view. This minimises the effort to ensure each widget is filtered to the specific campaign, and 1 global filter can impact all widgets.
As a marketing manager handling multiple campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, I used to spend hours compiling reports. Now, everything auto-syncs into one dashboard, saving me roughly 5-6 hours per week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup process could be more streamlined. It took me about a week to get fully comfortable with the platform and set up all our custom dashboards the way we needed them. While the customer support team was helpful, having more guided tutorials and a more detailed knowledge base would have made the onboarding smoother. Additionally, the Adobe Analytics integration is much more complex than initially discussed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding process was extremely easy. Our team loved how user-friendly the interface was when setting up the data to see how dashboards could be best utilized across our marketing team. It doesn't super in-depth knowledge of building reports to be able to create widgets to highlight key metrics for our advertising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything we have disliked so far. If there was one thing we wish to improve, it would be more visual templates or branding customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve been using Adriel for a few months, and it’s been a really positive experience. The platform has several features that are super useful, especially for quick creative analysis. Adriel has cut down our analysis time significantly, and we can quickly access data when clients need it. The interface is easy to use, and setting up reports is straightforward. Overall, I’d highly recommend Adriel—it’s been an invaluable tool for our creative analysis needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While using Adriel, I did encounter some challenges, such as issues with pulling creatives from Display partners such as Stackadapt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the standout features of Adriel is its ability to streamline the process of end-of-campaign reporting. Gone are the days of manually collecting, processing, and managing data across numerous spreadsheets. With Adriel, this once time-consuming task becomes a breeze, allowing our team to redirect our efforts towards more strategic endeavors.
Along with this, Jeremy & Jenna from the customer success team are great, answering any questions we had and walking us through the process of implementaton. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't much I dislike, but there was a feature that wasn't on the platform - being able to filter custom dimensions on GA4, however the customer success team said they will look into this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used Looker Studio and Funnel in the past, Adriel feels like a breath of fresh air. Where the aforementioned are daunting to use at times, Adriel's user interface is extremely intuitive. As a novice user it's very easy to get your head around the platform in no time. As any self-respecting tech geek would do, just pick a template and start "messing about" and before you know it, you will end up with something pretty decent that can actually be shared with clients or be used internally.
When you do get stuck, customer support are very responsive. During my first interaction via Live Chat, the customer support agent immediately understood my goal and provided a video walkthrough via Loom.
An added advantage of the ease of use - combined with great support - is that more colleagues within an organisation can get involved in the process of creating dashboard views, since there no longer is the barrier and steep learning curve that one would experience using some of the more established legacy solutions. There is very little to dislike but as a user you will encounter random bugs and the responsiveness via Live Chat and email might decrease a little when compared to the pre-sales period.
Additionally, a couple of items on our Wishlist should really be part of the platform already, such as a faster Autosave feature, or at least a warning that your dashboard view is not saved yet when clikcing away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to manage ads on and off right away, and whenever I leave a question regarding the solutions I get a quick response from the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the mediums don't work with it yet, so it's a little hassle to have to import data into the sheet separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
