The Matcher program allows for outstanding items to be unmatched with ease. The program was easy to implement. We have a few questions and the customer support was excellent. We use the program daily and it is easy to train new employees on. The program allows for some custom fields that were easy to setup. Possibility to always add data and import more information into Adra which helps create more accurate reconciliations and increase the automatic reconciliation grade. For a company with many transactions Matcher is a very helpfull tool. We are all about attomatization, and I could not see that beeing possible without a tool like matcher. Matches: I like that it is simple, it is convenient to build matching rules and reconcile entries and investigate which entries are open.

Balancer: so convenient in the closing process where you can assign different people accounts and follow up to ensure everyone does their part.
