Some times a little slow response from servers, giving users some issues for logging in or even auto logging off when working. The Adra software has decreased my reconciliation process from weeks to days. I have gone from manually color coding transactions to manually reconciling exception items only. I currently have a 66% automatic reconciliation rate and Adra Support is working with me to increase that percentage. The least helpful thing about the Adra software would be the flexibility in the matching rules to isolate transactions by account. It may just be my lack of knowledge of the system also. Working on that. Also knowing the system well enough that I could fix things myself instead of having to rely on support all the time. Just a personal thing, not a problem with support. One place organization for all account reconciliations and dashboards to monitor the process. Our company has many entities in our ERP, each with an identical, complete chart of accounts. Adra provides the ability to group accounts, and with a certain set-up, the ability to group the same accounts across multiple entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data imports due to lack of true integration with ERP and banks. This is probably a feature of Trintech's more advanced and more expensive product. The process for adding several new accounts after the first import of account balances (period already started) is cumbersome if you want to be able to have those accounts properly grouped for the current month being reconciled.
