Easy to use, able to match multi-one txn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not able to group multiple conditions on the multi-one transactions, do not have the global rules option for the administrator to maintain the rules easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to understand and user friendly.
Also one of the best support team.
A very quick response and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There can be a bit slowdowns sometimes. But it usually go away within a half hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While we haven't gotten through implementation of all the modules in the suite due to the complexity of our business structure, the tool is still very user friendly and easy to understand. Also, given all of our complexities, our Customer Success Manager (Houston) has been available at all times and responds to our questions very quickly and effectively. Even if the tool is not able to do something we would like, usually they have a workaround in the meantime to help us. Lastly, Houston has been extemely instrumental in helping us set up Matcher, which seemed impossible at one point for what we wanted to be matched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When creating a tool to be used by many organizations, there are always different things people would like to see. Adra has an Innovation Portal where you can add your change/improvement you'd like to see and based on the number of votes, it may be pushed out in one of their Releases, which I understand just given the sheer volume of ideas/requests. However, my one dislike on that process is it could take years before an idea is actually implemented. For example, we'd like to be able to group accounts across different entities in Balancer and it looks like that idea has been proposed a few times over the past 2 years and still hasn't been implemented. So the process on when/how things get added to the Releases is still a little unclear to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setup was straightforward and intuitive and having a dedicated implementation contact really helped in getting everything sertup.
Training users is simple as the software is very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting everything setup does take a lot of time so you need to have someone dedicated the implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can search for client transactions and have the history of their transactions I need to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think there is anything I found that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of use for this system. This does not need in depth and complicated implementation to use and is intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some features that I dislike such as updating for current period. These are being looked at by there innovation team and will be actively pursued if the user group wants it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best things about Adra is that it leaves the users in control. As a user, you are able to update rules, create rules, structure and restructure accounts, and tailor the software to your specific needs, even after the implementation period. It does not require a service request to be able to change things around if something is not meeting the specific needs of your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The thing our company most dislikes about Adra is the speed. As we have loaded more and more data, the lag time inside the software can be prohibitive and frustrating at times. We hope that this is something Adra will improve over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
