Accessible and convenient to reconcile the accounts every month. It is valuable to be able to merge accounts and be able to upload accounting documents in a simple way, while it is fast and provides a good overview. This means that I save several hours compared to before and is especially important at quarterly and annual accounts when several internal balances need to be reconciled and tight reporting deadlines. The systems are user-friendly and handle lots of transactions effectively. We have high internal control on our reconciliations & general ledger accounts & crucial tasks thanks to the systems. A big plus is that we manage the systems on our own and are not dependent on consultants. The systems save us a lot of time both during the month and at the closing of the books! The Balancer and Matcher products have created many efficiencies and consistencies in our reconciliation process. The ease of Balancer has been very beneficial to my team as we transitioned from an excel format to the Cloud based system. I like how easy it is to send information between products. The implementation was not organized or very helpful. Our team was left to pretty much figure out everything on our own. The expectation of how Matcher would be set up and implemented was not how it actually occurred. RegEx is what is used for Matcher and it was very confusing to try to figure out on our own.
