We are using the task manager and the balancer which are very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feedback from the consultants which are not timely, especially on items which cannot be found on the Adra Portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adra by Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Adra by Trintech?

Thanks to Balancer we have now full control and visibility of balance sheet reconciliations because everything is in one place. Balancer is user-friendly and it's easy to manage as well. Everyone is less stressed and happier. Also auditing process has been improved a lot since we implemented Balancer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adra by Trintech?

There are still some technical issues which pops up sometimes when working with Balancer. Also some smaller improvements would be nice to have, e.g. log list of updates done by system administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adra by Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has simplified our everyday work and made us more effective. We save a lot of time with automated functions which gives us more time to focus on our most important accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
