What do you like best about Adra by Trintech?

I am sure there are other similar tools in the market space...but I feel like Adra's customer service, and support are best-in-class! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adra by Trintech?

We are currently on the old "on-premise" version for Accounts...it is clunky and tough to manage; however, silver lining...we are presently implementing Matcher & are super excited! Additionally, I wish Task Manager had an easier feature to allow us to use during budget phases, where we often go back and forth with iterations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adra by Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?

One major issue was our EOM process, where individuals would manually message or call each other to check the status of tasks - this has solved the guessing game! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello and thank you for your feedback! Your opinion is important to us. Currently, the number of emails is not something that can be deactivated in Matcher, but features are constantly being added to Matcher in connection with suggestions and feedback from our customers. If you have the opportunity to add this suggestion to our idea portal, other customers can vote on the proposal. Then we see that there are several who feel the same way as you, and we can allocate resources to work on this.
