What do you like best about Adra by Trintech?

Adra is most helpful at standardizing processes and tracking progress. This means that team members, especially new ones, are all aligned on what still needs to be completed and by whom. Adra also provides a great repository to hand off to auditors, with controls built in so that users can manage what they see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adra by Trintech?

Some small things here and there like small settings not being persistent i.e. having to select a checkbox every time but other than that there's nothing that stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adra by Trintech solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adra solves the problem of confusion during the month-end close and teams not being on the same page about which tasks are left to complete or which accounts are left to reconcile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That you get kicked out of Balancer if you don't press the save button within short time. And then you loose everything that you have worked on since last time you pressed the "save-botton". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's too complicated to create matching rules in matcher. There should be a dictionary of what different symbols mean, etc. Also, it should be more intuitive than it is today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trintech has developed comprehensive training to help you master this skill with instructional videos, training guides, eLearning and knowledge articles. Additionally, with the 11/2022 release, we’re introducing suggested matching for unmatched items to assist you even without creating match rules.
