What I like the most in Adra is the straightforward dashboard where I can quickly check the accounts assigned to me and other data I need in reconciliation. It is also a friendly user, especially for the beginners like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Adra is that sometimes we encounter issues wherein the balances reflected in our Pronto system don't match those in Adra. Also, the quick timeout in Adra when I do many reconciliations and forgot to save it immediately refreshes and my reconciliation was not saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adra has provided a more complete review process of our monthly account reconciliations. It has helped set a defined cadence for preparing and reviewing key accounts and we can monitor deadlines easily. Additionally, it has provided management with a better understanding of accounts from its subsidiaries and allowed us to drive efficiencies in the month-end close process and audit. Adra doesn't allow the user to easily re-order the supporting details in a way that makes the most logical sense to the reviewer without re-entering the information. Additionally, it does not force you to change the date of the line details, support can be entered for one month and when the amount and supporting document are overwritten in a future period, the date is not changed. When trying to automate our accounting platform, Adra has been very helpful in allowing us to work through our processes, streamline approvals, and automate what is possible. Adra is a user-friendly program that helped us save time reconciling Balance Sheet accounts. Adra helped us automate and streamline the reconciliation process for several key accounts with high daily volumes.
