It comes in standard templates and has very less room for error if you follow standard protocol. Their customer service is definitely one of the better ones to help the clients immediately. Since many of the modules are precoded and template driven, there is less room for modifying the HCM and the modules to match business changes and needs. Since many of our employes are spread across cities, we would not be able to put time clocks everywhere, so we give extra permission to add punches from any authorized computers. I love being able to access my clock, and time off on the fly. It helps me clock in without having to be at my desk, and makes requesting off that much easier. I dislike that a lot of times the clocking out portion doesn't take if you have poor connection or any other issues. A lot of what you are looking for is buried in sub folders. Somethings you have to click 5 times to get to where you were looking for and it feels like it should be on a drop-down tab instead.
