It comes in standard templates and has very less room for error if you follow standard protocol. Their customer service is definitely one of the better ones to help the clients immediately. Some things aren't great, such as where to find the information you are looking for. A lot of what you are looking for is buried in sub folders. ADP needs to make some changes to be a better platform compares to other new HRIS systems out there. Implementation and security systems of ADP is very old school which is a challenge and frustrating for end-users. Long wait on the call to get a representative to assist with a simple fix but their layers of security are way too much. And the rep wont talk to you even after you provided all the information needed but if you are not an authorized person. it's really frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
