**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

They assign a team and an account manager to a single project, check for feedback frequently, and implement novel methods and procedures, which is uncommon nowadays. Their staff is made up of skilled experts that are aware of exactly what needs to be done.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

because there are advantages and disadvantages to everything. Consequently, having a dedicated account manager has its drawbacks occasionally. It becomes challenging to get in touch with them in an emergency, so we must call their helpline, which takes longer to connect with someone who can help. They also attempt to get in touch with our account manager first, and only then do they assist if they are not available.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP RPO:**

They are the best, albeit I don't have any special recommendations.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding our customer and internal staffing needs, we are accepting assistance. Additionally, they support us with payroll, onboarding, benefits (401K, health, and dental), and employment verification.

**Describe the project or task ADP RPO helped with:**

They helped us in one of the projects wherein we were required to hire Healthcare professionals and the experience was great. Their team is of experienced professionals and they immediately respond to any query raised. They also manages our payroll and their services are excellent.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

They have a dedicated team and account manager for one project and they timely check for feedback and introduce new methods & processes which is rare to see these days. Their team consists of experienced professionals who know what needs to be done exactly.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

Sometimes it gets difficult to reach them when urgent and they also redirect us to the dedicated account manager if they are not reachable or available then only help us which is time-consuming.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are taking help with our client/internal staffing needs. They also help us with our payroll services, Onboarding, Benefits (Health, Dental and 401K) and Employment verification.

**Describe the project or task ADP RPO helped with:**

We hired them to manage our payroll services, and they did the best job. Most of our manual work is now replaced with automation. They provide all the services concerning HR and Payroll. They manger our different types of payroll (weekly, biweekly, monthly, C2C), tax, insurance, leave, W2 and 401K, etc. I sometimes wonder which services they do not have as whenever we reach out to them, they say yes to every service we have asked. Last time we connect them to create a new payroll for our subcontractors to keep payment in records so they can generate their tax forms.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

They have a dedicted account manager's for each client which the best part I have found. They email us with their information and whenever we are in need we have to email them.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

Since every aspect has pros and cons. so, having a dedicated account manager sometimes is cons. as well. It gets difficult to reach out to them when in an emergency, and so we have to call their helpline, which takes a longer time to reach a person who can help, and they also try to connect with our account manager first and if they are not available then only they help.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP RPO:**

Well I do not have any specific recommendation but I would say they are the best.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us alot to manager our payroll services as it is the most difficult part of any orginasation which I feel and their system is user friendly which is the best part.

**Describe the project or task ADP RPO helped with:**

We called them to setup 1099 payroll and we do not want tax to be deducted and expenses to be paid out straight, there was a lot and we were confused how we can track invoices and all but they helped us and solve all our problems in one go. They are mater in payroll services and there is no doubt in it.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

Their services and professionalism and the way they deal with their customers. They have dedicated account managers which is the best part.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

Well, to be honest, it is sometimes difficult to reach to the Account manager directly in an emergency, and we are only left with dialing their customer service number to email our AM.

Processing our weekly and bi-weekly payroll, Filling tax, calculating and tracking sick time, benefits management, generating W-2 and etc.

We gave them the project of payroll services and they did an excellent job. They are master in payroll services.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

They have a dedicated account manager for each account which make the process smoother and make them different from other companies. They are very professional and make sure to resolve all of our queries and concerns.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

Since they have dedicated account managers sometimes it gets difficult to reach them in an emergency and for quick resolution we can't rely on emails. We have call their customer service number and that's the pain area.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have solved most of our problems since they have solution to each and every problem or we can product & services for staffing needs. They maintain our different type of payroll, leave calculation and Tax filling and etc.

We use them for our payroll services.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

Their services are excellent as compared to other payroll services companies. They process the payroll of our US consultant and take care of filling our Federal, State and Local taxes.

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

There isn't anything specific which we dislike. We pretty much like their payroll services and we do have a dedicated account manager who ensures all our queries are being answered.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have to worry about filling taxes or setting up the State or local before processing the payroll and they can update us timely for all unregistered states.

We use ADP to mark our attendance, download Payslips, Regularize Attendance, Apply Leaves, Payroll, etc

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

It is very user friendly and even a basic user can navigate really quick. The reporting option is something I really like about ADP which makes the payroll processing very easy

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

ADP pricing is bit on a higher side, their initial price was very good but the new plans are little expensive for a small to medium firms to consider this as an option.

**Recommendations to others considering ADP RPO:**

If you are looking at a pro level Human Resource Management software you can go for this blindly as it offers as very good price to performance ratio.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use AD P everyday to carryout activities like marking the attendance, applying leaves, downloading payslips, to findout teams login time (especially this was helpful during this WFH), Payroll processing, etc

They manage payroll services for our company.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

They manage onboarding, suta and futa, benefits, termination, employment verification and different company codes payroll. They are one of the best service provider we have came across so far

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

Well honestly we do not dislike anything so far. They have dedicated account manager to help and they are the single point of contact for us. Sometimes it gets difficult to reach them directly in urgent need, however, that is manageable.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many benefits, beginning from onboarding till termination and post termination as well they manager employment verification. So there are multiple benefits with this single application.

We were looking to fill 6 collection positions. They need to have 3 years experience working with B2B high volume collections. We also needed to retain them.

**What do you like best about ADP RPO?**

The speed and efficiency that I saw in the project. We had been working at this for almost 3 months and had only hired one person. In steps ADP RPO. We made three hires in 8 days

**What do you dislike about ADP RPO?**

I had never  a service that had so much information in it. It was a tad overwhelming but I called ADP and they helped me understand everything I need to do.

**What problems is ADP RPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can hire top talent quicker, easier and we have seen turnover cut in half.
