What do you like best about ADP Payroll Services?

I love how easy it is to download documents and I love the platform that shows me the breakdown of my wages. It is color coded and easy to navigate and use effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Payroll Services?

Nothing. This software is really great. I have used it for years and am beyond happy with how easy it is to use and how effective it is in doing it's job. I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to login and see years of paystubs and W-2's. It is easy to login, download documents, etc. and the dashboard is easy to use and navigate. The software solves lots of problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

ADP made lots of promises to sell our company. They were continually slow, behind schedule and challenged by their sales promises. We have had a very bad experience. It has put unreasonable requirements and stress on our payroll team. We have over 500 employees who didn't get paid today. ADP completely messed this up. Failed promises. Delays. And now the sales team won't answer calls. I regret signing the contract, it has been a complete disaster. It has taken too much extra energy, time and coordination. Nothing was delivered as promised and I would not recommend to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Payroll Services?

The sales pitch was great, they made lots of promises and made ADP seem like a easy solution for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Payroll Services?

It has been all sales promises and nothing has gone as promised. The features don't integrate the way they seemed. The transition/implementation has been full of issues, problems and challenges. Our payroll team has had to work hundreds of hours of OT to get the implementation done. I couldn't recommend ADP to any company without having at least 6 months to transition. ADP Payroll has enabled me to reduce payroll processing time from 3-4 days to one day. We were using QuickBooks and was manually entering timesheets. We are now using ADP time & attendance along with payroll and it has made a world of difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Payroll Services?

No paper timesheets and the shorter period of time it takes to process payroll. Also, the cloud document is great. We can now save all our employee files in ADP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Payroll Services?

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. After working out some kinks in the beginning, everything is running smooth and we haven't had any issues that needed attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can review timesheets in a matter of minutes instead of days. Payroll is processed in a day instead of 3-4 days. This has freed up my time to focus on HR related matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My company has used ADP for payroll since the beginning of my time here, 6+ years! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Payroll Services?

The mobile app is super user-friendly. The dashboard is simple to navigate, and all documents, pay stubs, w2s are easy to download/export. Updating banking info is a breeze and the facial recognition for login is really convenient. I appreciate the color-coded graph on the landing page, as well as the added security feature of being able to "show" or "hide" compensation details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Payroll Services?

Nothing really - it's functional and easy to use, I've never had a problem! If I could ask for one thing, I would love push notifications when the latest pay period/stub is posted. I'd also like it if they could increase that take-home pay for me, but I digress. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP Payroll Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to access compensation details should be the easiest thing in the world. I've worked for other companies who have terrible "barter" software, or no payroll software/services at all, and it was a nightmare even just trying to get a pay stub. ADP is SO easy & accurate that I don't even think about it, let alone worry about it. That's how it should be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
