the simplicity of running the reports - just a few buttons and then its done. the fact that it emails to all the correct corresponding people on a timely basis. that its ready right after our payroll is complete - for the most part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

every week we have had to contact ADP to do the payroll validation - and sometimes our contact people are not available/easy to get to - but lately it has gotten much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the payroll validation is a true headache - that we have to do every week -

99% of our employees are hourly but 2 employees are salary and that is always the hiccup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP Payroll Services?

The ease with which we are able to enter new employees into the system far surpasses other payroll systems that I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP Payroll Services?

There is a field where you are asked to put in the number of hours that an employee works per pay period, it's an optional field but it seems like something that you should fill in, however, when you do the system does not allow you to pay the employee for less than that number of hours. Employees sometimes call out sick or don't finish the week and this causes hiccups when entering hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stop looking for another provider. ADP has everything that you need for your small business, including insurance and 401k options. They are always up to date on the latest changes to state and federal laws and are very communicative about those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before we started using ADP Payroll Services, we were trying to do all human resources in house. That meant cutting checks, figuring out payroll taxes, garnishments, etc on our own. ADP handles all of that for us and files everything with the state. W2s are delivered timely and we don't have to worry that an employee that left months ago gets forgotten in the year end filings.
