I've been using ADP for many years, and while the system itself is generally user-friendly, my overall experience has been mixed. Initially, the sales team presents an impressive front—very proactive, professional, and effective at selling their product. Unfortunately, the positive experience stops once you move beyond sales.

The technical support at ADP is severely lacking. On multiple occasions when I've encountered issues, the technical team provided inadequate assistance. Rather than actively resolving problems, they resort to repeatedly asking irrelevant questions, seemingly aiming to frustrate customers to the point of giving up rather than genuinely addressing the issue. The lack of urgency, accountability, and genuine assistance from technical support is deeply frustrating and unacceptable for a critical business system.

It appears ADP capitalizes on the fact that customers are typically reluctant to switch payroll providers, knowing that once customers are onboarded, they're unlikely to leave despite poor support. This approach results in a heavy emphasis on sales while neglecting customer service and ongoing support.

In summary:

- Sales Team: 10/10 (excellent at acquiring new customers)

- ADP Software/System: 8/10 (good, user-friendly, but overshadowed by support issues)

- Technical Support: 1/10 (extremely poor, unhelpful, and frustrating)
