**What do you like best about Cornerstone Succession?**

It takes impart the knowledge base of all existing roles and helps in transforming into the stepping stone for employees who are kind of succeeding roles and responsibilities. Very intuitive and resourceful.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Succession?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Cornerstone Succession. It's super resourceful and easy to use.

**What problems is Cornerstone Succession solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently we did lot of changes in team structures and role modification.
The solution has helped transforming the necessary information and leveling employees to the required skill sets.

I like how I can easily view my pay stubs and tax receipts

The UX can be improved to be more user friendly. Currently its an older looking UX but easy to learn interface

Easy access to salary information and pay stubs.

-Candidate watchlist for key roles
-Great mobile experience

-UI/UX could be updated to provide a more contemporary user experience (This applies to the entire ADP suite we have)

-Succession planning tools to fill vacancies and promote valuable leaders from within the organization
-Fill hiring gaps internally and help profile leaders at different stage

I don't really see any downsides, it fits my needs without leaving anything out

It's making it really easy to track payroll without having to deal with paystubs. The whole thing is paperless
