Customer grade dashboards and their mobile applications work without flaw. I would highly recommend this solution for any small to a large employer. **What do you dislike about ADP Total Absence Management?** The few times I have had to reach out to support, it took longer than I believe an application should take for customers. Usually, I would think that someone should respond within 4-8 hours, but when I have had to reach out, it has taken 24 or more hours for a resolution, which is not horrible but could be improved upon. **Recommendations to others considering ADP Total Absence Management:** I would suggest getting all of the functionality of the system to be able to use it as optimal as possible **What problems is ADP Total Absence Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Policies are easy to keep up to date; we can coordinate multiple systems across multiple vendors, HR, payroll, and benefits which help managers and their employees. It helps with complexity, compliance, and productivity. Support is available through the web, mobile, and phone. The system also helped us with legal and compliance issues. ### 2. Easy to use and understand. ADP will track of everything you need at your workplace which makes your tasks so much easier to get done. **What do you dislike about ADP Total Absence Management?** The FMLA feature was nice as this can sometimes be a hassle to keep track of. ADP total absence management does it for you. **Recommendations to others considering ADP Total Absence Management:** I would highly recommend this software to any business. We have tried other programs but this one offers the most features for what we need. **What problems is ADP Total Absence Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy for employees to see what they have available for time off and for us to keep track of what they use. Great tool, beats the competition by a mile! **What do you dislike about ADP Total Absence Management?** The only downsides I personally found was that it was not as easy for the employee to understand how to make requests using the software. **Recommendations to others considering ADP Total Absence Management:** It is an overall better absence accountability system for the employees. Not all HRIS systems feel that way. I was able to pick it up and understand the functions pretty quickly. **What do you dislike about ADP Total Absence Management?** I had a few not-so-great experiences with their Customer service. They made it extremely difficult to collect information to help do what they wanted me to do. **What problems is ADP Total Absence Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using it for applicant tracking and Talent acquisition which helped a lot to get our company staffed to a comfortable amount.
