## Adobe XD Reviews
 ### 1. Excellent prototyping and UI design app, and FREE!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Creative Director, Graphic Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Although XD is included in the Creative Cloud suite, it is also available as a free download for anyone. The free version is the full product, which is pretty amazing. Adobe is clearly trying to position themselves as a leader in this design space. Because it is free, it is easy to get other people on board, compared to other apps that require everyone to purchase a license.

Adobe XD is quite intuitive and works great with Adobe's other apps such as Illustrator and Photoshop. It is one of the most frequently updated Adobe apps, even more than Photoshop or InDesign — so new features are added and improved regularly, almost on a monthly basis.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The biggest frustration for me personally is developer handoff (but that is also a frustration I have with Sketch, the main competitor in this space). Namely, there is not a simple HTML+CSS export. You will need someone who is a designer with CSS expertise (rather than someone who is primarily an app developer who happens to know CSS) who will painstakingly reproduce your concept in code if you want your creative vision to be replicated in a website or app.

Animation effects are somewhat limited; you basically set a "before" and "after" concept, and XD automates a transition between them which you don't have much control over. You can get elaborate and create a series of transitions, but even so it is a pretty limited and linear approach.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

It is free to use, so give it a try! Adobe has excellent tutorials and documentation on their websites.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used XD to create interactive prototypes of both websites and apps. Because it is free and included with Creative Cloud, everyone on our team has access to it.

 ### 2. Monthly updates makes it one of the best prototype tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy C. | Sr UI/UX Design Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD came into design world later than other popular vector prototype tools. But, Adobe XD dev team is one of the quickest dev team I have seen. They are responsive on social media, they take feedback, and they iterate fast (monthly updates). It's easy to use and also leverages Adobe well-known keyboard shortcuts. Also, it works well with other design apps and easy to incorporate into your design workflow. You can easily share the design prototype with others or devs and people could comment as well. And, Adobe XD companion mobile app works great if you are designing for mobile.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Currently, the app is more designed toward mobile development. I would love to see more development for web design. Also, the Adobe Cloud Save idea is interesting, but it needs better file management. It needs to support folder structure.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

It's no brainer for any design professionals or design students to try Adobe XD. It's free to use and it's also part of Adobe Creative Cloud app. It runs smooth and works well in both Mac & Windows (you can't say that to a lot of apps and I do use Windows at home) . On top of that, they have a group of dedicated evangelists on Twitter who are quick to response any feedback and solutions. It's also improving at breakneck speed, which is scary.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to prototype most of my design projects. It has one of the lowest learning curve app I have seen and easy to incorporate into your design workflow. It makes my design presentation looks great and it also support sharing prototype with other teams for feedback.

 ### 3. Another masterpiece from Adobe for all the UI/UX designers out there.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romi K. | App/Game Designer | UI/UX & Prototype Expert | Motion Graphics | Video Editor | GIF | JSON, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

-It's simple and easy to use user-interface optimized for quick UI/UX design and rapid prototypes.
- Sharing project/prototype with the other team members and clients for edits and feedback.
- Reliability of Adobe software and their resources and add-ons available in the market.
- Easy to shift from Sketch/Photoshop to Adobe XD.
- Asset management and compatibility with other 3rd party plugins are useful.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

It doesn't provide cross-platform compatibility and some times when you need to work on image enhancements or need some powerfull tools like what Photoshop has, it lacks.
Maybe with future updates, Adobe can fix some of the issues and introduce new tools and plugins to enhance the usability of the XD.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

among all the other UI/UX design software, Adobe XD is the most Featurfull and powerful tool and it's easy to use, so go for it if you are a beginner or intermediate designer.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updates are slow compared to sketch and other tools in the market, and it took more time to bring some of the basic features that competitors have for years.

 ### 4. a young but excellent program to create layouts

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MARIA AUSILIA C. | Customer Service Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD is a tool that allows me to design Layouts for my websites and for my mobile applications, I find it easy to use.
I would call it a bit immature because it is a young product and has only been on the market for 4 years, we started 2 years ago to make our graphic products, we wanted to invest in this product.
I must say that in general it is a product that is more than efficient and stable.
Several Plugins In are available that allow the user to speed up our development

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

When I create a graphical solution, we can set the language, but if the language pack is not installed on Adobe XD, when a user runs the app, the language for the app is changed by the client's computer.
And there are no warnings of this

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

if you have never tried it I recommend it is a young product but keeps pace with much more famous software.
It will simplify you in the creation of Markup

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create graphical applications much faster and try them on more hadware models.
I find it a very valid product but it still has room for improvement

 ### 5. Quickly catching up to industry leaders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco S. | Director of Web Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

The rapid rate of feature advancement, and the fact that it seems like they are listening closely to user feedback, gives me a lot of hope for this tool

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The fact that it can't display Ina responsive matter affects workflow since you basically have to do 2 mockups. One mobile and one desktop vs having a responsive one.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Watch a few tutorials and stay up to date with their constant feature release

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to quick prototype on Photoshop and the sharing/demonstrating capabilities were not good enough for clients wanting a more high fidelity concept

 ### 6. Fun to use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren R. | Communications Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD gives clients an extra reason to love the branding I put together. Logos and brand mock-ups are great, but pulling out a vision for what a website could look like is the icing on the cake! Love that you can record a walk-through of the prototype and send a video tour of the plan!

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

It's pretty limited. Being used to the way things work with InDesign, I would like photos and shapes to work within frames the same way, but this program doesn't crop. However, it's more realistic to how web creation works.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XD is a great planning tool! Before sending a web plan to be developed or before deciding to launch a new website, this is a quick and simple way to send web ideas.

 ### 7. The features of Adobe XD

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eltac P. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

What are the advantages of Adobe XD? The interface is very simple. It works performance-oriented while keeping ram usage to a minimum. Objects can be handled more comfortably. Vector-based, such as Adobe Illustrator. This allows you to get a clearer picture. We can position the objects from the layer screen as in Photoshop. Whether using shortcuts, such as Adobe Illustrator or by using the mouse, we can provide transitions from the drop-down menu.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The biggest disadvantage of Adobe XD is, of course, that no layers are created. Therefore, every change made overlaps. Careful creation of your work will help protect you from errors.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Designing Spreadsheets or Analysis screens with Adobe XD is much simpler and easier than Adobe Photoshop, and the biggest factor is automatic copying and working logic.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People often ask "What is Adobe XD?" he asks. Let me answer now! Adobe XD is among the best user-oriented development programs among other programs. The main objective is to understand how to develop a website or application that will please the user as much as possible while learning as a designer or developer. Adobe XD allows you to fully focus on the goal of delivering the best user experience.

 ### 8. Dead Simple UX/UI Design With Effective Handoff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ L. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

XD gives my team the ability to use shared component libraries, so we aren't working from giant Illustrator documents that get out of date quickly. Our developers love that I can share mockups that have all the elements they need to quickly put my designs into production.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Getting started with XD, like most Adobe products, is daunting at first. It would be great if there were more tutorials built into the application that could get new users up to speed. That's especially important as I try to convince my team to switch to XD from Photoshop and Illustrator. If they don't adopt the software, then it makes switching pointless.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If your teams are already in the Adobe ecosystem, it makes a lot of sense to switch to XD instead of Sketch. Especially with the price of XD being included in Creative Cloud!

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XD solves the problem of not having standardized and auto-updated component libraries. Additionally, it takes much of the back-and-forth away from the designers and developers, since everything exports in a neat package with everything needed to put designs into production.

 ### 9. Adobe XD Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet K. | News editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

This software allows many pages in a file which encourages consistent designing, colors thus simplifying editing
The software also allows live previewing and file storage and all these are available on various operating systems.
The software has the basics tutorials which are of great help especially to the beginners because they elaborate the application in detail.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

In any editing shapes are an important aspect however with XD i can;t design more shapes apart from the circles, squares, oval which limits my level of creativity which has made me to start wishing the developers still have a lot to do.
Well, even though you can design from it, but there is no feature yet to export css from the created design.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

The software is awesome it does a lot of stuff ranging from wireframes, screen designs for products that are digital like mobile apps, websites and prototypes. Therefore i recommend that those looking for Adobe XD do look back go for the software its great.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The has helped me so much when it comes to making wireframes, various prototypes. The software has also been important especially in the screen designing for for digital element/products like mobile apps, websites among others

 ### 10. Adobe XD: Easy UI prototype

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea E. | Responsabile sviluppo web, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD makes you able to make a prototype in minutes. It’s easy to inject packages that extends UI visual elements.
The Application is easy to use, with a drag-and-drop functionality is so easy to place elements.
With Adobe XD you could also test your design, including connect screens with button etc. using the mobile app provided free on the AppStore or PlayStore if you're developing for mobile. Makes easy to show a prototype to a possible client.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

It doesn’t make you able to export the file in a ready to use format, eg: HTML & CSS that could speedup so much the export procedure. Doing this could be achieved using external tools that are a little expense.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Adobe XD is easy to use, could be extend implementing pre made layouts

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Easy prototyping and showing to our clients desiderered layout.
- Testing the prototype in a mobile device without need to write code before the design proposal is accepted by the clients
- Showing the prototype to the final client before the project development has started

 ### 11. I am new to XD and I am very impressed with what I have seen so far.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Recently when working with some web design agency I was sent some XD files to work with and I was very impressed with the web and mobile views for the different web pages and this was hands down one of the easiest experiences as a front-end web developer when translating design to code. I feel like I have only touched the service on this application.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

So far I have not found anything at all that I dislike about the adobe xd application

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Go on give it a shot! You will find that it is very intelligible for certain applications.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously as a frontend web developer I had to deal with large or multiple images, psd files or illustrator files, however when using XD the experience was much slicker and easier and I was able to go through designs and see different states of pages with ease. I am very impressed and hope to keep using XD for the foreseeable future.

 ### 12. User Interface creation with clean and neat imagination

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin S. | UI/ UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe gives it one of important software as freemimun to use which is Adobe XD, it gives the facility to make lot of amazing and creative user interfaces whether its for creating for web or creating and utilize in other sources.

It have a clean and clear canvas , where we can put component and make fabulous and beautiful design.

Because its adobe product and lot of people already aware about the user interface of the Adobe software then it become very easy for them to get easily familiar with that.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

There is already lot of good things in Adobe XD , it gives the freedom to explore a whole new way to think about your product design process and gives the free hand to make it real.

Adobe XD now the one the important tool for every graphics or UX designer they all using this as a one of their primary tool. because it allow to maintain a standard format for creating and storing for future improvement in the design process.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

I really would like to have feeling to share that Adobe XD is good for any designer who want's to explore easily new things very easily and effectively.

And designing process become very quick in Adobe XD and it produces very good quality work with any newbie also.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First problem I resolve with this Adobe XD that making of wire-frames and few design related things now become easy.

It runs of different OS so that I can easily migrate a file or doc from one PC to another kind of PC very easily without any kind of error in that

 ### 13. Probably the most powerful prototyping software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George S. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

You can create as realistic prototypes as possible with Adobe XD. The system runs well both on desktop and mobile. Sync is very smooth. When you go beyond prototyping and the developers need to start coding, Adobe XD allows accessing all specs and downloading all assets easily. This is a must have tool for mobile app devs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Sometimes we have experienced issues with syncing. Sometimes, especially as your files become larger, the app fails to open them. We noticed that this used to happen on the Desktop version more frequently than on the mobile version. Though, recently this problem has been almost gone.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have accelerated mobile app development and achieved nearly pixel perfect state.

 ### 14. Review of Adobe XD

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I like that Adobe XD comes with a tutorial video package when you first download it. Not a lot of softwares do this. So when I first started using Adobe XD, I was very happy to see that the video tutorial would lead me through how to work with the software.

Also, I like that you can use phone templates in Adobe XD, so you're basically creating what I like to call "a tap feature" by using different templates and "coding" for the navigation tap features for an actual phone. It's like a phone simulation (See screenshot below for what I mean)

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD lags a lot for me. I don't like that when I'm "coding" for the tap features and the navigation features for simulation purposes (e.g., such as creating something to present at a meeting, such as a template of a phone screen / phone app). Adobe XD lags a lot in this, and sometimes the features don't work properly when I'm trying to drag arrows, drag around pictures/icons/etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you are using Adobe XD from an academic institution, you can get it for free I believe - you can sign up with your institiution email address - which is really great because then you do not have to pay for it.

Adobe XD is kind of similar to photoshop and Gimp, except it has the option to download phone templates (iphone, android templates) and create designs through those.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not solving problems in ADobe XD, I'm just simply creating designs in it.

benefits: there's an option to share the screen as a link, or as a file, so it's really great when I finish a design and i can just basically make it into a link. Then at a meeting, as long as I have the link, I can present my design easily.

 ### 15. An appropriate designing and prototyping product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harsh N. | Visual Artist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Th best feature is automated responsiveness of your design experiences. Repeat grid feature is another best, which makes all those quick digit changes in your design look so professional and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

I don't think there is some generic functionality to loathe on. There can be personal dislikes but I have none.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you want responsiveness on your design for a better client satisfaction as such, this is THE best option out there is the market. If you are comfortable more on mac and not windows, you can even check out sketch, the greatest competitor or you can say a companion in the market.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything which we can make in Adobe XD can be a vector graphic. This is a big issue solved using XD for any designer and not just me.

 ### 16. Powerful Prototyping Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I love XD for it's ease of construction and sharing. When working on a project with a team, once XD has generated a project link and I've shared it with my colleagues, any edits I make I can save to the existing link. So there should never be any shuffling around with different versions. You do tend to lose your creative project more easily this way, but it's a much smoother sharing process that other alternatives.
There are also really lovely and smooth transition options for presenting page animation for apps and webpages. Notably however, no hover function. Maybe they are trying to do away with it.

After an initial learning curve, XD is quite simple to use and much more intuitive than most Adobe programs. It lends a more wizzy-wig feeling to the creative process, and in that way stays more in line with all levels of web developers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

I wish XD (and all Adobe products for that matter) integrated better with one another. I have previously taken Illustrator files and loaded them into XD, which works fine, but there is no linking option the way that Photoshop and Illustrator communicate with one another, or with InDesign. XD is clearly a newer product, and more of a stand alone. The key controls are different, which makes the learning curve steeper.

Another slight problem is the share links can be fairly heavy, and load slowly.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Make sure to generate unique links for individual projects. Possibly a bug, but sometimes when you "Create a Share Link," it will override existing links. This will confuse your developer.
If you've created a list in a wonky way and it won't link properly, you can put a clear box over the information and link to another page/artboard that way. This is particularly useful if you've loaded in an existing wireframe from Illustrator and not all of the info (specifically text) converts the way Xd wants.
All around, amazing Cloud based project creation, storage, and management. Automatically embeds images for export.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been redesigning our global navigation, using XD for the creative process from wire framing through HIFi. We are a small digital team with this company, so my role encompasses the Graphic Design as well as Product Dev portions of the development process before handing the wireframes off to the developer. A goal of mine in this realm is to learn and share how to utilize the working files to share original specs with our developer.

 ### 17. Great tool for prototyping websites and apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jess W. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Being able to present a preliminary image of the user interface helps us to discuss the direction and changes that our project will take. We can take into account all opinions and make rapid changes because it is much easier to make changes in the design stage than in the development stage. Adobe XD saves us valuable time in the development stage because we all already have a clear idea of what we have to do.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

There are still features that are not yet available such as collaborative editing and document history.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe XD helps us design interactive interfaces that simulate real user navigation and thus present a prototype of the website to customers and see what things to improve or correct before starting with the development of the project.

 ### 18. Experience the best UIX experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George N. | Technical adviser , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe xd is the easiest and fastest way to prototype any digital product user interface, this is very agile way to bring product designs to life. with the use of ADOBE XD the design phase that use to take hours to complete now can take at most half an hour and a clients vision is brought to life. designers can choose from an abundance of UX design tools and color elements available to make adjustments to the interface, XD has a wide range in the pallets to mix and play around with. Adobe xd has a huge reach since can be used for both android app design and ios but also not limited to apps and websites, this means its easy to turn a website UIX into a mobile phone view able interface.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

I have not found anything to hate about this product, makes my way more fast and efficient, this makes me look good at work and brings out a professional notch that clients normally look for or expects a service provide to give.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you are under a tight deadline to bit, this the tool of tools one should look out for. try it.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User interface improvement

 ### 19. Fast Prototyping & Reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julián C. | Freelance Graphic & Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Fast way of multiple images import and fast repeat grid feature that none of the other competitor has. They switched to a free plan so it's easy to get hooked now.
It's good they deployed some years later than Sketch and has many functionalities already included, so you don't need that many extra plugins.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Not too many plugins right now but it'll change. I'm hoping that it has more export functions as Sketch has with plugins in simple clicks

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you're aiming to go with simple GUI for sketching and not having a lot of plugins to depend on, this is your first choice (or if your're not a Mac user).

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not driving myself insane with too many plugins, easy to understand GUI and many tutorials online, compared to Sketch.

 ### 20. Very good, but it needs to grow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge R. | UX Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

It is very intuitive and user-friendly. The user experience is great and doesn't require much learning to get started. It contains a series of tutorials that teach you everything from the beginning. It is backed by a strong company like Adobe.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

It is on par with others like Sketch, but it needs more plugins to be created to make the work easier. Sometimes this complicates the work, as to perform an action, simple in other programs, you have to go through more steps. Cloud saving sometimes generates some errors. They must resolve this as soon as possible.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can create application prototypes very quickly, which saves more time compared to other programs like Photoshop or Illustrator. You can export all the elements of the prototype to various formats (such as png, jpg, svg, pdf...). There is the possibility to send two different links: one for review and another for development depending on the recipient, all without external plugins.

 ### 21. Design it Before Develop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | Manager Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

In the experience that I have obtained making muckups for web applications and mobile applications with Adobe XD, I can highlight the great operation and the great advantage of being able to frame all the design of an application, until I reach the point of linking the views to evaluate navigation without the need to program if a single line of code. This helps me to make the process of designing and developing an application more efficient by organizing the idea of what is desired better.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

I still consider that the modeling of the views and the link need to mature at the operational level to achieve a balance between design and functional characteristics in the views.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

I recommend take some classes to improve the designs skills that you have.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to design and analyze the layouts of the entire application without the need to know any language programming.

 ### 22. Adobe XD is hands down better than the rest!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan H. | Creative Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

XD is incredibly slick, the UI is awesome and the program is super easy to use, if you have used any other Adobe product before, this will blow your mind. Prototyping in Adobe XD is the best experience I have had out of all the products on the market, the Auto-Animate feature is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Honestly don’t have anything bad to say about Adobe XD, maybe easier to drag images in to shapes while they are already on the canvas or imported. I'd love there to be more in terms of extended animation when prototyping actions, so a few stages within the animation before it finishes and gets to the destination.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

This is the best product on the market in my opinion. Prototyping is amazing with XD, their Auto-Animate feature is incredible and my work is coming to life!

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Photoshop to design mobile Apps, but I can honestly say I’m still 100% creative but designing in 50% of the time. I was always put off by the length of time prototyping takes in other programs, saving out work and prototyping in another app is a blocker... but with Adobe XD it's so easy to do it in one place.

 ### 23. Simple (simple but basic)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Israel M. | Oficial 1ª, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

The ease of use of this program is clearly its strong point, saving us a lot of time when designing a web page or shaping a project to give it a worthy presentation. It is true that it is necessary to have basic notions of web design or to have used some of the programs belonging to Adobe, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, to be able to start using it, but its simplicity and ease of use make it a very intuitive tool to use and it is not very different from the aforementioned predecessor programs.
The ease of use of this program lies in the option to use a wide range of preloaded templates, which we can introduce to our liking and finish customizing with typical finishes of color, size, position, and it even has the option to adapt everything to the device or devices to which it is intended (PC, MAC, mobile, or tablet). If, on the other hand, we do not wish to use any of these templates, although as I said it offers us a wide selection and diversity of options, it also allows us to start completely from scratch like more advanced programs, drawing, parameterizing, and designing each and every feature that is part of our web.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

To begin with, of course, it is a paid program, which, like many other programs, you can obtain more economically by acquiring it as part of a package with other programs that we are also interested in and with which it can be complemented.

Also, it is a tool that, although it stands out for its simplicity, speed, and ease of use, at the same time allows the possibility of designing web pages that are identical or very similar, because by using preloaded templates, even allowing a great variety and possibility of customization, it will always allow this possibility, something that obviously can also happen with a free web design program, where you start from scratch and you have to do the entire creation process, but it is much more difficult for it to happen. And although this tool, as I have already said, also leaves the option to design freely like any other program, it loses its strong point and perhaps is not as complete as other programs, although I cannot assure this due to lack of use in that area and lack of knowledge of more programs with the same or similar characteristics.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you want to save a lot of time in web page design or web project presentations, this is your tool, allowing for pleasantly satisfactory results and the possibility to quickly adapt it to any device and simulate its use to check for the absence of errors.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, it provides me with a great time saving, both when designing and when having to resolve detected errors. Designing with the templates it offers makes everything simpler and faster when customizing a website, and in this way, it eliminates any probability of generating design errors, although it still allows you the possibility of making mistakes in functionality, and all this without having anything to envy from any other website. It can also be adapted very quickly to any device we want.
I have also used it sometimes as a way to present projects, since apart from allowing you to design quickly, this tool lets you simulate the use and navigation of the design you have created, in order to check for the absence of errors and allow others to admire the final result.

 ### 24. Easy, Powerful, Definitely the Best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lasha M. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Even though I'm a backend developer, I've had my share of experience with frontend development and UI/UX design when I was younger and just starting out. Back then something like Adobe XD was just a dream, a futuristic dream that nobody thought could one day be real. However, here we are! I primarily used Adobe Photoshop for UI/UX design but couple years ago when I needed to create UI for my project I found Adobe XD and my life has never been the same since then. With it's ease of use and simple yet beautiful UI I can finish the job almost effortlessly. The feature I like the most is prototyping. Live preview helps me see the end result of my project and also share it with my team members or your customer if you are designing for someone else. It is very simple to use, flip to prototype mode and drag and link elements to each other. Besides prototyping and live preview, Adobe XD is rich with useful features like Grid repeating which helps you avoid copy/pasting elements every time you need to re-use something. You can also save assets like colors, character styles, components and basically things you might need to re-use during development. Adobe XD is a dream come true for UI/UX developers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

There are not a lot of things I dislike about Adobe XD but one I can't ignore is that there are a lot of features needed which are either in development or introduced but not good enough for use. Other than that I can't say much. I've completely gone from using Photoshop because XD is so rich in features, light weight and scalable on large projects.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm the only one with UI/UX experience in my team so I used Adobe XD to develop UI for the project. I can guarantee that using XD over Photoshop will save your time, lead to a better product and make the visualization easier and time efficient for you and your team members.

 ### 25. A Complete Tool for UI Designer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dipak M. | UI Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD is best tool for UI Designers for design web applications, mobile applications and related user interface. Adobe XD is platform independent and work for windows and Mac OS. The best part of Adobe XD is it's absolutely FREE from Adobe. Can Export files in PDF, JPEG, PNG and also record the prototypes. One of the best prototyping tool for UI Designers. Light UI and easy to use. Better than Apple's Sketch app.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD only support on Microsoft windows 10 and not for win 7, 8. Adobe XD can not provide extra options while exporting projects like Figma. Not support on Browser like figma support for both browser as well as desktop app. InVision Studio provide better prototyping rather than Adobe XD. Lack of inbuild fonts support. Can't install external fonts.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly adobe XD is free and thats most beneficial for designers. Can work offline in Adobe XD. Record prototyping when perform multiple actions on web app or mobile application. Not much heavier so performance is best.

 ### 26. draw backgrounds and more!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

It is an extremely simple program to learn thanks to a simplified and intuitive flow, accompanied by an interface of immediate reading.
The function that really revolutionized the way I work is, in my opinion, the possibility of sharing a responsive mockup in real time.
Another peculiarity of Xd is the possibility of reshaping the graphic interface from one format to another (from desktop to tablet, for example), in a lean and immediate way.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Those who already work in the UX / UI sector, have always had to use different alternative software such as Sketch, Invision or Figma, which however are not yet integrated within the Adobe suite.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

an excellent software to create graphical interfaces

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the possibility of creating real interactive prototypes to simulate and test the digital experience that is being designed.

 ### 27. Adobe software for prototyping and UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan D. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD is an excellent software for creating high fidelity interactive prototypes dedicated to the world of user interface and user experience design. It has two macrosections, one dedicated to layout design and one dedicated to interactivity, where you can connect the various screens and assign actions. Excellent collaboration with Photoshop and Illustrator.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The software is gradually implementing new features that are really making it complete. For now I would say that some touch gestures are missing, in addition to those of swipe and drag, and it is not possible to animate only an object present on a screen (but you must necessarily repeat the same screen to get the animation).

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

At the moment I prefer the software dedicated to the UI / UX design, compared to its other competitors. I consider it more professional and with more features, considering that it is possible to integrate external plugins. In addition, the Adobe brand is a guarantee and makes it fit well with Photoshop and Illustrator.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now use only Adobe XD, together with Illustrator, to create graphical interfaces and everything related to the world of UX. I therefore create interactive prototypes both for mobile applications and for websites, in desktop and smartphone versions. From this point of view, the functionality of responsive layout that has been recently introduced is excellent.

 ### 28. Adobe XD - Best Wireframe Making Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiyars M. | Android Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

1) Adobe XD is very compact in size and easy to install and use

2) Multiple options to choose wire frames for different devices like Android Phone, Iphone, Ipad, Website etc.

3) Easy to make prototypes of your application or website.

4) Facility of mean while checking that wire frame as an live interacting screen in simulator given in Adobe XD

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

1) It can only and only work in Windows 10

2) Computer System which are not capable handle windows 10, can't use Adobe XD.

3) While comparing with Sketch, some Functionalities of Adobe XD are getting poor.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Initially I was using Adobe Photoshop for UI Design creation. Then I moved on to Adobe Illustrator and later on currently I am using Adobe XD for my UI Design Creation.

2) Adobe XD let's me check that after UI Design Creation, how my Android or Iphone application will actually looks like.

3) Without any kind of XML coding, I am able of understanding and analyzing the interaction and way of working of my application.

 ### 29. Its good, simple, the interface is simmilar to keyshot and other prototyping tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lazar K. | Advertising Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I like the ability to make a quick draft or render as how a product would look like (packaging design) and to be presented to a client. The option to choose a custom background and the automatic alignment are just great.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

More predefined shapes like boxes of various sizes or the option to input dimensions of rectangular boxes. Also the library of materials and surface could be great, like nurb. Also the ability of exporting a render into high resolution jpeg or png. Maybe even an animation

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Its is good program that will improve with time like all adobe products so keep with it, its saves a lot of time for making mockups.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit in my experience is packaging drafts. Also branding presentation. You can easily create a real picture of how the product would look like with the clients brand.

 ### 30. Overall great catch-all tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Odalis F. | User Experience Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Interface is really easy to learn and to use. I can create high fidelity interactive prototypes really quickly that look like the final product. Love how the symbols are linked and can be easily updated across different documents.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD doesn't support for micro interactions and you cannot link to different prototypes therefore you have to have all artboards in one file that gets slower as it gets bigger. Wish style guides could be imported for easier styling control

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Adobe XD is great for fast design feedback iterations and for high fidelity prototyping. This is not a tool for creating micro interactions and animation

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can test prototypes really quickly and make fast interactions. I can run user feedback cycles in a very small amount of time in order to get final designs to developers really quickly and with minimal changes by the time design reaches development

 ### 31. Decent software, good only for quick, low fidelity prototpyes

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhav B. | UX Design Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Repeat grid is probably the only great feature in XD. Not much else is great about it. If you keep all you resources in separate files, XD makes it easy to integrate them into a prototype.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Essential features like inner shadow are missing. You can’t create pages like you do in Sketch. All the symbols and reusable resources, along with all the art boards are placed alongside each other in each document.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Only use if you’re really short on time. Not very efficient for high fidelity prototypes or design systems.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XD allows you to share the prototype you have built with both developers and designers. There is also the option to update files you’ve sent to them.

 ### 32. Adobe XD user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I like that the software offers both designing and prototyping tools which allows me to create projects without using multiple apps. I like that once created the prototypes can be previewed on mobile devices.
Its a very easy to learn software

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Installing this software requires a large space on your device’s and it take alot of internal memory. This software has a monthly cost it cannot be purchased outright.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Very simple to use, Adobe have great demos on there site. If you understand other Adobe products like Photoshop and Illustrater this is very easy to adapt to.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to preview the prototype on my mobile before going live, also being able to share the prototype with customers/members of the team that dont even have Adobe XD installed

 ### 33. Perfect for mockup and site!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto L. | Grafico senior - Pilota APR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe Xd is very easy to use and is possible be operative in few minutes, is possible found online all mockup library for the first works

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Actually nothing, i think is possible add more features for improve performance or smaple library but actually are secondary

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Is free and perfect for the prototype!

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

improve the mockup of site and applicatiion mobile, more better for the customers

 ### 34. Great software for designing software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antony B. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I like full control of the assets. It's very helpful to be able to use the same assets across multiple artboards and update them everyone as I continue designing.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

There are a few missing features in the system (side-scrolling artboards, hover effects, etc.) however the feature request online lets others contribute to help make the system better.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Whilst I haven't used Sketch because of the price, if you have other Adobe programs, consider getting XD to add to the collection if you're working in user experience when designing websites and software.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to fully design a system to send to the developer with ease. I can also create videos easily to show the developer how something should work whilst not wasting time creating animations.

 ### 35. One of the great Design Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amara T. | Graphic Designer and admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Prototypes feature is awesome, easy to share, smoothly run ability, its a powerful UI UX layout Tool, overall it's a simple software to use, with a lot to provide.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Adding additional features was fairly slow a times and it doesn't have all the features necessary for prototyping

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replaced Photoshop and made the design process easier by offering features better than the present.

 ### 36. Adobe Xd is steadily growing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dragoș J. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

The inter-connectivity between all of Adobe's programs facilitates a workflow that's more efficient and familiar. Build a more elaborate piece of design in Illustrator or Photoshop and simply drag ‘n’ drop the object.in Xd. Then you can animate it in a more intricate way in After Effects. The software is extremely light, smooth, fast, fluid, and receptive—this will be evident if you've just switched from Sketch.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

It is still a work in progress. There are some features that Xd currently lacks but their product team is constantly updating the software with new releases and have become more receptive to feedback than in the past. Even though it was released late to the market, it has gained a lot of momentum and continues to engage the attention of UI&UX designers.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you're already a paying member of the Creative Cloud subscription plan, there is nothing stopping you to try it.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just like Figma, Xd aims to be an entire production unit from A to Z: design to interactive prototyping (without coding) to sharing the files in the cloud and handing them over for the front-end developers to gather the CSS from. It all lives in Adobe's ecosystem.

 ### 37. Simple Click-Through Prototypes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaby V. | User Experience Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

XD is straight-forward and easy to learn, especially for anyone who has used Adobe products in the past.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The interactivity for prototypes is limited. I like to be able to create complex interactions allowing test participants to do things like type in text fields, which is not possible in XD.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Adobe XD is a great tool for simple click-through prototypes. You can easily share links for prototypes online without integrating with another tool. If you are already using the Adobe Creative Suite, it is a fantastic option. The main shortfall is that the prototype interactions are all click-based, no other user inputs possible.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to put together simple, realistic click-through prototypes very quickly in XD.

 ### 38. Director of Graphic Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel C. | Freelance Designer, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Easy to do website design, easy flow, better guides, repeating grid and animation very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

You can't relink the files you've placed easy, you have to drop a new one every time. Also every project opens on it's own window, it'd be nice if they would open in tabs.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched to XD completely for all our product landing pages and it has been extremely helpful.

 ### 39. A freemium tool for UX design tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

We used Fireworks and Photoshop for our designing purposes, since our agency was using Windows as a operating system. We were looking for a alternative for Sktech (For mac) on Windows and we are glad that we found Adobe XD. In fact Adobe XD is far better than Sketch during last few months with amazing feature updates.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Better if there is a native way to convert XD to HTML, However there are few plugins from 3rd party developers.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you are looking for a Sketch alternative on Windows, Remember adobe XD is there for you.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing prototypes for websites.

 ### 40. Profesional Prototypes 🔥

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cédric E. | Estudiante de grado, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

It is the easiest and fastest way to create professional web prototypes.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Being a new platform, sometimes it generates small failures, but often they are insignificant or are fixed quickly and easily, or there is an alternative that avoids it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

I think that in a matter of web prototyping, it is the best option. even a little expensive, it is worth every penny of what you pay

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the University of Girona they always ask for a report before doing any work. Thanks to this platform, I have been able to reduce the delivery time of the report to about half of what it usually took.

 ### 41. The Best tool for UX/UI & Product Designers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kishore V. | UX/UI Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

As a windows user, I always wanted an application like Sketch. Adobe did a wonderful job by releasing Adobe XD. And now the features in XD are far better than Sketch. Saving and Accessing the files from the cloud is an added Advantage.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Sometimes the application is inconsistent. The Application refuses to open and automatically closes while working.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

You can give it a try without any second opinion.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe XD bridges the gap between Designing and Development! The share for Development feature is really awesome where designers can just share the link and the developer can access the design with options to download all the assets like pictures, icons, graphics,...

 ### 42. Interactive Prototypes for every platform environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD is the latest innovation of Adobe Inc. So it has all the functionality for making Wire-Frames and Prototypes which Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator was lacking off. It is free and also available for Windows as well as Mac Os also. It can also simulate your prototype in a prototype device to actually display how your design works. Adobe XD has a very beautiful functionality of Interactive behavior between two screens of your design, you can modify transition effects as well.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

First of all, Adobe XD is only available in Windows 10 platform, which is understandable but people who don't have Windows 10 will miss this out. Adobe XD prototyping of design directly into actual mobile device is only available between Mac and Iphone, which is fairly not acceptable.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe XD has solved all my problems related to Prototyping and Wire framing of my actual project. It can save much more time of developers as well as designers also. Both Developers and Designers can identify and analyze that how their project will be after successful completion.

 ### 43. Start designing instantly in contrast with other Adobe's tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helena S. | MD/ PhD /Professor Titular, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Adobe XD is an excellent solution for designing and prototyping UX for blogs. The tool is well integrated with other Adobe software so that you can bring your files from Photoshop or Illustrator and XD will automatically convert them to the proper format. You are able to extend the application with plugins to speed up your workflow and add more powerful features. Farther, the software enables you to take benefit from timesaving tools (Grid) to quickly replicate objects, lists, etc. Also, groups of objects are automatically resized for different screens, so that manual changes take less time. AdobeXD has facilities that simplify the process of creating animations and designing smart assistants. Besides, the software is user-friendly, and you can start designing instantly in contrast with other Adobe's tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The software is relatively new, so it tends to crush, and the issues aren't fixed quickly. Also, it would be great if Adobe XD generates usable code.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

I highly recommend the UX designing solution, as it's well-integrated with other Adobe's software and enables you to save much time, because of innovative, timesaving features.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdobeXD enables me to create posters and graphics for my blog and education projects. The software has many facilities that speed up and simplify the process. I don't need to devote time to make manual changes, as many processes are automatized.

 ### 44. The progression is incredible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Constant updates! Always new features... you can really tell that this is Adobe's real focus at the moment. It's becoming more and more powerful every month and has slowly become part of my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Still lacking some features at this stage. Better integration with other Adobe apps would be great, as well as additional animation functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

If you are looking for an app that can help showcase working mockups for beautiful web and app designs, this is the place to go. There are other great apps out there, but the consistent updates make me think this will be the leading go-to app within the next two years. The progress over the last year is phenomenal! Get on board now, learn the features bit by bit as they roll out with each update, and be at the top of the chain when it's polished.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of client understanding. Mentally understanding the outcome of a project comes naturally after working on tons of projects over the years – but client understanding is always tricky and they require visuals. This app gives you the ability to provide clients with functioning mockups of apps and websites, which really helps to promote ideas and give clients a deeper understanding of what the outcome would look like.

 ### 45. Quickly becoming the default app for prototyping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary R. | Senior Designer, Design, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I've used Sketch, Figma, Invision, Atomic, Balsamiq, and every other wireframing app on the planet. They're all fine. I switched to XD when they added support for plugins and Creative Cloud libraries. I can't overstate how big of a deal it is to have a shared CC library in XD. Sketch can't compete with that, not when everyone on my team is already locked in to using CC libraries for design specs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Moving between Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD is still kind of a pain. XD's keyboard shortcuts are a bit dissonant.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Ditch Sketch, ditch Invision, switch to XD.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

XD is fast. Like, really fast! And the footprint is small. I can keep it running in the dock without any memory hit, unlike Sketch.

 ### 46. Adobe XD is the app for Web and Mobile UI/UX Designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

I like that I can quickly create a website and app mockups and generate placeholder data for my content. This is really helpful because good website design should be focused on the design and not the text or photo content itself. My favorite function is definitely the repeating grid, which allows me to duplicate the same elements how I see fit and control the spacing between grids. I also like the shape masking function because it saves me time in which I would otherwise have to edit photos.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

I dislike that Adobe XD has a steep learning curve. I really had to spend a lot of time learning how to use Repeat Grids and other functionality. Once I learned how to use the tools, it becomes so much easier, but it was challenging at first. I would like for better training materials to be available. XD Snackables is a great resource for learning the basics, but even that is limited. My biggest setback though is that unlike other Adobe tools, the items are always aligned according to the top left corner of the element. I dislike this and I think there should be an option to place items according to the coordinates that I choose. Also, I often use rectangles to gauge spacing as text boxes aren't sized correctly most of the time.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

I highly recommend using Adobe XD because it is one of the most powerful tools for mocking up desktop, tablet and mobile sites and applications at this time.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, I am designing apps and websites for clients with XD. It has helped me to really understand how things should be properly designed and helps me show clients what the final product will look like.

 ### 47. Great vector based designing and prototyping software for web and mobile apps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koshal S. | UI/UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

It has a simple, clean and super easy user interface which is super easy to learn If you are familiar with any of Adobe products. Color filling options in shapes I like the most. Prototyping your design is the most advanced function in it. Create unlimited artboards on the single workspace which is so useful to work on all designs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

Xd comes up with limitations, It's only used to create web and app design. We can't make the illustration and other graphics because of its limitations in tools.

Most important is that it should have the functions in the pen tool to add and delete anchor points to make the perfect shape.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

It's the best software for UI/UX designers. I highly recommend it for making web and mobile app designing.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solve most of my UI/UX problems on it by making wireframes, design, and prototypes and share it with my colleagues. It's super easy and interactive in terms of making shapes, filling colors in shapes.

 ### 48. Good prototyping software with great potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

As a Adobe user of many years it was relatively easy to learn and get into this program. Also it's quite similar to other prototype programs with similar features. Options for animations allows a designer to convey their ideas in a more visual way

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

The lack of a ruler tool is quite baffling as this would make building designs all the more easier

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Adobe XD has many options available to you but they are not always obvious in the beginning. I suggest looking for some tutorials in order to take full advantage of this program.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating various screens and designs over different platforms such as desktop and mobile.

 ### 49. Collaboration made simple

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sporting Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

My favorite feature in Adobe XD would have to be prototyping and collaboration. Never before has it been easier to gather feedback from stake holders in your projects.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

XD being a fairly new program is still missing a few features that would make life easier for designers. Simple things like swapping sections of a page without having to create a new artboard would be nice.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit we have realized from Adobe XD is a simple way to gather feedback in a centralized portal.

 ### 50. Best Prototyping Tool on the Market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe XD?**

Being a user experience designer I have worked with a wide array of prototyping software. Sketch, InVision, etc, etc., but none of them quite compare to Adobe XD. I never thought I'd say this considering I have been an avid Sketch user for many years, but XD truly has come out fast and on top. The application is smooth and so easily integrated with the other Adobe products. A very solid product.

**What do you dislike about Adobe XD?**

One thing I wish XD had that Sketch does have is the ability to "go back to the last page" during prototyping. This is particularly useful when you have a single page that you can get to from a multitude of other pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe XD:**

Do it! Especially if you're already apart of the Adobe Ecosystem. However, even if you're not, I think it's the best prototyping option out there for you.

**What problems is Adobe XD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A tremendous amount of design and user experience problems. This application is so quick and easy, I can knock out mock-ups and wireframes in seconds. Allowing for my productivity to thrive at the workplace.
