As a user, I would say that Adobe Reader Mobile is a great PDF viewer for mobile devices. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and use. The annotation and commenting features are particularly useful, as they allow me to add notes and highlights to PDFs without having to print them out or open them on a computer. The ability to search through PDFs quickly and efficiently is also a great feature that saves me a lot of time.
