The UI is very easy to navigate. Journey building is very intuitive and doesn't require an advanced technical user to do. Building emails and landing pages are simple and do not require a coder/designer to create. Custom actions make it easy to integrate AJO with a wide variety of other platforms/datasets. The platform isn't just reactive like some others in the space. It's also anticipatory and delivers tailored messaging, through the right medium (text, email, etc) with exceptional timing. This is particularly helpful if you're juggling various touchpoints along the customer journeys for a broad audience. As usual, Adobe packs a ton of features, enhances & evolves their products every year. This one has been a real game-changer for me, and I especially love how easy it is to use and intergrate with other tools from Adobe.
