What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

I like the specialized analytics that I can take from the data provided by the system, and how many filters I can apply. I have applied the system within my organization, and we are now using very often on a daily basis, more than other analytics systems like Google Analytics.

While challenging at first, we integrated the platform as if it was always meant to be, and it's unbearably easy to use it. It's customer support team it's not the best, as sometimes I end up waiting for almost 2 hours on the line.

What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

It gives you great insights ana anlysis which makes it simpler to look out for new trends . It is also very easy to use, you can click and drag things easily which makes it very efficient to analyze data and information, which also helps in having access for group work. What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

for cstart ups, maybe some companies would find it expensive. However, it's definetly worth it and is super efficient on longterm. Set up and integration could be a little confusing in the begininng but I don't think it's a major obstacle at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tools are simple and intuitive. The onboarding guides and help documentation are easy to follow. The support staff are also very helpful and customer focused for making the customer journey essential for adopting these new tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In terms of anaylzing potential customers and segmenting them, ACJA makes this much easier and streamlines the process. They provide valuable insights that really help out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

It is somewhat expensive. For a startup company that does not have many excess funds, many people would look beyond purchasing ACJA and outsource using a different platform, or even do the work themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Haven't used all sections of the applications and it's features but it does seem good so far. I enjoy how you are able to visualize data. This is very convenient becuase viewing just numbers can get overwhelming at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to navigate especially with unifying digital data (web, mobile etc). I mostly use it for tracking; such as tracking clicks and performance to get real time insights.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
