**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

What stands out to me about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is its ability to unify data from a wide range of sources—whether that's web, mobile, CRM systems, or even offline channels—so I can see a comprehensive, real-time picture of every customer interaction. The platform simplifies segmentation, allowing me to explore demographic and behavioral data in depth, which helps me target audiences more accurately and personalize each engagement. I find the analysis process very intuitive, especially with the customizable dashboards that feature drag-and-drop functionality, and the AI-powered insights enable me to respond quickly to shifts in customer behavior or market dynamics. The seamless integration with other Adobe products also enhances my workflow, making it easy to transition from uncovering insights to launching campaigns without unnecessary obstacles. In the end, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics seems designed for marketers who value speed, adaptability, and tangible outcomes, whether they're looking to scale insights for a growing business or fine-tune experiences at the enterprise level.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Some of the main challenges with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics tend to arise during the initial setup and in day-to-day use. To begin with, configuring the platform can be quite complicated, often requiring experienced technical professionals and a well-thought-out strategy to ensure all data sources are integrated correctly. Since the tool is designed for comprehensive omnichannel reporting, it generally comes with higher costs, particularly when you consider add-ons and the need for ongoing management. There is also a significant learning curve, so it takes time and effort to fully master its advanced features and realize its business value.

Ongoing maintenance is crucial; if governance or data source management is neglected, the platform can become difficult to navigate and data accuracy may decline. Users often encounter frustrations such as limitations in certain analytics features—for example, the absence of support for contribution analysis, segment IQ, and real-time reporting in some areas—as well as constraints when segmenting or applying calculated metrics to specific visualizations. Transitioning from Adobe Analytics to CJA can also be complicated: users might face challenges with how web analytics data is imported, and marketing channel attribution rules do not always transfer seamlessly.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics effectively addresses the challenge of fragmented customer data by bringing together both online and offline interactions from various channels into a unified, comprehensive view. This integration eliminates data silos, giving businesses the ability to observe the entire customer journey in real time and make quicker, more informed decisions. It helps tackle issues such as understanding customer behavior across different touchpoints, pinpointing pain points, and identifying valuable audience segments for more personalized marketing efforts.

Personally, I appreciate being able to analyze complex customer journeys swiftly, without having to rely on lengthy IT processes or manage multiple dashboards. The platform’s flexibility in building custom reports and segments allows me to concentrate on the aspects that are most important for my business objectives and marketing strategies. Its AI-driven predictive insights help me anticipate customer needs and optimize campaigns in advance, which leads to improved engagement, retention, and ROI. Additionally, the smooth integration with other Adobe tools makes it easier to activate insights, allowing me to implement changes efficiently.

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics has a steep learning curve and a difficult, time-consuming setup that requires significant technical expertise. It can also be quite expensive, making it a less accessible option for smaller organizations and startups. ### 16. Adobe Customer Journey Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

What I like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is how it brings data from different channels into one place and makes it easier to actually see the full customer journey. Instead of looking at web, app, and offline data separately, I can connect the dots and get a clearer picture of how people interact with the brand. The ability to build custom reports and quickly visualize patterns also makes it a lot easier to answer questions that come up from different teams without needing to pull a bunch of separate reports.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

What I dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is that the learning curve can feel steep at first. There are so many features and ways to build reports that it can take a while to figure out the best approach. Sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy too, especially when dealing with really large datasets, so it’s not always as fast as I’d like.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is solving the problem of fragmented data. Before, I had to look at website analytics, app usage, and offline data in different tools, which made it hard to connect the dots. Now I can bring everything into one place and see how people actually move across channels. The benefit is that I can make better decisions backed by a complete view of the customer journey, instead of just looking at one piece of the puzzle. It’s helped me spot opportunities that I would’ve missed otherwise and explain trends to other teams in a much clearer way.

 ### 17. Analytics with a steep learning curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It's a powerful platform that offers flexibility, but has a learning curve for beginners, best for those with more experience analyzing data. I like how it unifies data from CRM, the internet, and offline sources to enable real-time insights compared to other analytics tools.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The initial setup was a bit confusing, I needed to look at demos online to see how to explore the platform. It's not very beginner-friendly and the cost is quite high if it's not within your team's budget.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves customer data that ranges from different sources into a unified platform that allowed me to understand user behavior in a wider depth. It's significantly improved the ability to connect strategy to outcomes that make a difference in wrap up reports.

 ### 18. A reliable premium tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres F. R. | Measurement & Report Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is a good tool for companies that can afford the price of Adobe services. It works as expected and offers a good set of tools to work with.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

There is nothing that I really dislike apart from having a complicated learning curve but it’s an all around good service. Instead of focusing on the negatives one should always check the good things it has, which are plenty.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a previous company we used this platform in order to be capable of correctly tracking our customer database whilst analyzing their data for improvement in our service, I can’t go into details but it is a great replacement to the usual suspects.

 ### 19. Customer Journey Analytics does it all

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The platform is intuitive and helps our company build out segments that we would have never been able to accomplish in the last 10 years without a different method.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

There is nothing that I can think of that I dislike about using the platform. Everything that is built in serves all of our segmentation needs in the best way possible.

 ### 20. CJA is an excellent tool for real-time data analysis

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sainath R. | Graduate Research Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

CJA is not only valuable for analyzing user behavior data, but it has also evolved to support comprehensive content analytics, making it a versatile tool for understanding both user interactions and content performance. CJA is great product especially when it comes to cross-device, cross-channel, and people-based insights.
CJA vs. Traditional Digital Analytics Tools
CJA offers a more comprehensive approach by allowing you to analyze both online and offline channels, which have traditionally been challenging to assess using digital-only analytics tools (including Core Adobe Analytics). CJA goes beyond the capabilities of traditional digital analytics by:

Integrating online (digital) and offline data for a unified cross-channel view.
Eliminating limits on dimensions and metrics: The traditional concepts of eVars, props, and events are replaced. Datasets now focus on dimensions and metrics without any restrictions.

I have highlighted a few features.
Unified Customer View:
CJA integrates data from multiple sources (web, mobile, CRM, etc.) into one cohesive view.

Cross-Channel Analysis:
CJA tracks and analyzes customer interactions across all platforms, offering a complete view of the customer journey.

No Hard Limits on Data:
Unlike Adobe Analytics, CJA removes restrictions on dimensions and metrics, allowing for deeper data exploration.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

One of the main downsides of CJA is that it's still relatively new and in a continuous development phase. This means that users may encounter occasional bugs or issues as the product evolves. Additionally, because it's a newer product, customer support may have limited experience or knowledge to quickly resolve complex issues, leading to slower response times or less in-depth assistance. As the product matures, these challenges are likely to improve, but for now, it may require some patience from users when dealing with unexpected problems or seeking advanced support.

As a specialized platform, CJA offers a wide range of advanced capabilities that can be difficult for most analysts to master quickly.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For businesses, CJA’s ability to break down data silos, provide real-time insights, and deliver flexible, scalable analysis can significantly improve decision-making processes. The primary goal of this offering is to leverage Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to determine how brands can integrate it’s 1st and 3rd party data sources into CJA. This integration aims to streamline the audience, behavior, and content reporting process, enhance collaboration between creative and marketing teams, and improve productivity through process automation. Further, it enables downstream marketing channels with atomic, reusable, production-ready insights and segments, fully optimized through data-driven insights.

CJA Solves for:
1. Profile Unification
2. Cross-Channel Insights
3. Attribution
4. Activation

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solves for profile unification by consolidating customer data from multiple touchpoints, providing cross-channel insights to track customer interactions across all platforms, enabling more accurate attribution by linking behaviors to outcomes, and facilitating activation by allowing businesses to take actionable steps based on the data to optimize customer engagement and marketing efforts.

 ### 21. Accuracy and Ease with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka J. | Marketing Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I like the analysis accuracy of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. It's easy to use and the accuracy is really good. The initial setup was also easy, which was a nice surprise.

I use Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to analyze customer data, improving the accuracy and ease of my reports.

 ### 22. Definitely the best and most modern analysis option available

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sal G. | Evernote Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The most useful and for sure my favorite feature of Customer Journey Analytics is the drag and drop nature of the interface. With all the different metrics that can be tracked, being able to simply drag and drop is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Personally, I have found that the initial setup of Customer Journey Analytics is very complicated. Some of that is to be expected given all it can do, but I wish that Adobe was able to simplify things to make it more user friendly.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ever constant problem all marketers face is knowing the metrics of what you are doing. Being able to track what you are doing, how it’s impacting the customer and what the results are is not only vital, but absolutely the key to our work.

 ### 23. One of the most powerful platforms to visualize the real customer journey

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edward M. | Paid Media Buyer , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The ability to integrate multiple data sources (web, CRM, POS, call center, campaigns) into a single customer timeline is impressive. You can really analyze the complete omnichannel behavior and detect patterns that other tools do not show. Additionally, the BI-type visualizations in Workspace allow you to build very detailed and customized dashboards. If you are in the Adobe ecosystem, the integration with Experience Platform, Target, and Campaign makes it an extremely powerful suite for real-time analysis and activation.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It has a steep learning curve and is not intuitive at all for new users. It requires a specialized technical team to truly leverage it. Additionally, its cost makes it less accessible for medium or small businesses. If you are not already working under the XDM model or with a well-structured Adobe Data Layer, the integrations can be quite complex.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe CJA solves one of the biggest challenges of modern marketing: having a unified and actionable view of the complete customer journey across multiple channels. Previously, analyzing interactions between email campaigns, website visits, call center calls, and in-store purchases required several isolated reports. With CJA, all of this is seen in a single customer timeline, which allows you to:

Identify friction points in the journey.

Detect the channels that contribute most to real conversion (not just the "last click").

Create dynamic segments based on real behavior and activate personalized audiences.

This has helped us improve campaign efficiency, increase LTV, and make more informed and precise decisions based on integrated data.

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Graph Stitching feature is my favourite one as it gives clear view of ECIDs stitched with various elements involved in customer journey and personalisation aspects.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Although creating dashboards and tabled for analytics reporting is quite useful, the only regret is there is no option to skip the process of creating from scratch for a new report. It would be great to have mirroring/cloning option

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clear vision on graph views holding data of 200+ million users. The RTCDP implementation and the events flown into are recorded by CJA at highest rates giving realtime reporting.

 ### 25. One of the best aspects.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Summer K. | Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

One of the best aspects of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is its ability to combine data from multiple sources into a unified, real-time view of the customer journey. Unlike traditional web analytics tools, CJA pulls in data from both online and offline channels (like websites, mobile apps, call centers, and in-store interactions), allowing for a more holistic understanding of customer behavior.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

While Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is incredibly powerful, one challenge is the steep learning curve. It requires a good understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and data schema setup, which can be time-consuming for new users. Additionally, the initial setup and integration across data sources can be complex, so it’s important to have strong technical support to unlock its full potential.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is helping us solve the challenge of disconnected customer data across multiple channels. By unifying data from web, mobile, offline, and CRM sources into one cohesive view, it gives us a clear understanding of the full customer journey. This enables us to identify drop-off points, optimize experiences across touchpoints, and make faster, data-driven decisions. The benefit is more personalized engagement, better conversion rates, and stronger alignment between marketing, product, and customer experience teams.

**Reviewed by:** Debarati M. | Director Marketing , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

What stands out about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is its ability to unify data from multiple channels and provide a clear, comprehensive view of customer journeys. Its powerful visualization tools and intuitive interface make it easy to uncover actionable insights. Additionally, the platform’s ability to help personalize customer experiences based on these insights is a game-changer for creating more meaningful connections with customers.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

One area that users might find challenging with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is the learning curve associated with its advanced features and functionality. While powerful, some tools require a deep understanding of analytics and data integration, which can be overwhelming for beginners. Additionally, depending on the size and complexity of your data, performance speed can sometimes become an issue. These factors could impact the ease of use in certain situations.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics has been a game-changer for me. It helps me solve the challenge of fragmented data and disconnected customer insights across multiple touchpoints. By unifying data from different channels, I can get a complete view of how customers interact with our brand at every stage of their journey.

From a Customer Journey Analytics perspective, it allows me to track and analyze customer behavior in real time, pinpoint pain points, and identify bottlenecks in the journey. With these insights, I can create more personalized and targeted experiences that truly resonate with our audience.

When it comes to Marketing Analytics, it addresses inefficiencies in campaign targeting and provides a clear understanding of our ROI. I now have access to unified insights that help optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions, ensuring our marketing efforts are more impactful.

The benefits are immense—improved decision-making, better marketing strategies, happier customers, and a stronger ROI. The visualization tools and seamless integration of data sources have been essential for me in creating meaningful, customer-centric strategies.

 ### 27. Transforming Customer Insights with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics: A Comprehensive Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric W. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

What stood out most about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics was its ability to unify data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-navigate platform. I appreciated how intuitive it was to visualize the entire customer journey in real time, allowing for deeper, more actionable insights. It was very easy to implement, and best customer support. With its easy integration and the drag-and-drop interface made building complex queries and reports surprisingly simple, even for those without advanced technical skills. I use it frequently. I also liked the flexibility in segmenting audiences and identifying key trends across different touchpoints, which helped surface opportunities for optimization much faster. Overall, the platform made complex customer behavior feel approachable and empowered better, data-driven decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

While powerful, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics can feel overwhelming at first due to its complexity and the learning curve required to fully leverage all its features.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding end-to-end customer behavior across multiple channels and building and analyzing customer journeys visually to identify friction points, drop-offs, and key conversion paths.

 ### 28. Powerful and pretty intuitive tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marina J. | North American Partnerships Team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics has completely transformed how we understand and act on customer data. The dashboard is sleek, customizable, and surprisingly intuitive — even for teams that aren’t deeply technical.
What stands out the most is the ability to stitch together cross-channel data in real time, giving us a holistic view of the customer journey from first touch to conversion. The visualizations are clean and informative — from daily visitors and revenue by channel to product performance — all at a glance.
It’s helped us move from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making. Whether you're in marketing, product, or CX, this is the kind of tool that elevates your insights and strategy.
Highly recommend for any data-driven team serious about customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

One minor thing I didn’t love: the learning curve for setting up advanced segments and calculated metrics can be a bit steep at first — especially if you’re coming from a more plug-and-play tool. It’s not always immediately intuitive, and onboarding less technical users takes time. That said, once you get the hang of it, the flexibility and depth are absolutely worth it.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, your customer data was likely fragmented across tools and departments — making it hard to get a full picture of how people interact with your brand across channels. You might have seen metrics in silos (like email clicks, website visits, or purchases), but not how they connect in a true end-to-end journey.

It unifies data from all my touchpoints (web, app, CRM, etc.) into one real-time view.
I can spot drop-off points, high-converting paths, and optimize what matters most.
It helps me make faster, more confident decisions with visual dashboards and deep segmentation.
I move from just “reporting” to driving actionable strategy — backed by data.

Bottom line: you're no longer guessing what your customers want. You’re seeing it, tracking it, and improving it in real time.

 ### 29. You cann integrate CRM or support data in CJA

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew C. | Senior Paid Media Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The CRM integration is a massive time-saver for us, letting us bypass a lot of clunky connections. Covered the full customer journey & further elements of the Human Behaviour Cycle.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

We got a few errors when building connections & views due to user permission confusion. Hit some snags w/ shared metrics and dimensions access. Overall a good experience but when you hit an error, it's not always something you can solve w/ some quick tweaks which can slow you down.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is really helping with incomplete, scattered data. Connects customer IDs and engagement across channels and device, which is increasingly harder to do w/ all the GDPR changes.

 ### 30. Insightful Analytical insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajaz N. | Data Insight Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Gauging the best customer journeys that worked, and ones that required further improvement allowed our business to make minuet improvements effective to customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I would like there to be a bit more improvement with the ease of integration or more guidance/tutorials to better understand and up-skill in the tool and journey analysis for novice users.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to find out where customers are dropping off in their shopping orders on our retail sites. This has allowed us to understand where customers are finding difficulties in their shopping orders.

 ### 31. A True Game-Changer for Cross-Channel Journey Analysis

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It uses Adobe Experience Platform’s data model, which makes the analysis extremely flexible and fast. The interface in Workspace is intuitive for analysts, and being able to slice and dice data across time, segments, or journeys without rigid schemas is a breath of fresh air. It also supports powerful attribution modeling and anomaly detection out of the box. The real-time insights and ability to activate segments across tools make it stand out.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The setup phase can be long, especially when stitching offline and online data together. Also, while Workspace is powerful, it can feel overwhelming for business users who aren’t data-savvy. Documentation could be better for more complex use cases, and troubleshooting errors in calculated metrics or joins sometimes lacks transparency.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to identify drop-off points, see how users interact across channels, and evaluate the impact of campaigns holistically. This has led to smarter personalization strategies, better campaign ROI, and faster iteration cycles. By centralizing customer insights, we’re able to make data-driven decisions with confidence, reduce guesswork, and tie marketing performance more closely to business outcomes.

 ### 32. Great flexibility, connections to other Adobe products

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The flexibility the program gives you is up there with the best on the market. Also requiring a level of technical knowledge to problem solve and create journeys making the progam rewarding as well as being able to see so much detail/logs, easy to affirm data validity

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

The flexibility and technical level of knowledge needed does make it harder to train employees and new starters. With experience league it helps, however, with loads of company set ups out there using things in a slightly different way, there's not a one shoe fits all solution.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping provide a full end to end customer view, highlighting what customers are doing whilst also shining a light on where customers aren't reacting and perhaps where wasted resources are going.

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

There are many tools available in the market for getting the insights and understanding the customer journey. So definitely it is not going to replace all other in the market but it is an alternative to other solutions. What makes CJA more popular or say the USP of CJA is that it is built on top of Adobe Experience Platform that comprises of multiple features such as unifying the customer profile, quering raw data, allowing data to undergo training models using ML etc.

So in CJA, we can get a holistic 360 degree view for individual customers accurately because is stiches that profile from the data available in Data Lake of AEP whereas in other solutions data is unified from multiples CRMs and takes a lot of time and also sometimes the data is not that accurate or say not real time. But CJA provides Real time analyses and helps marketers to understand the journey for each individual accurately.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Customer Journey Analytics is service built on top of AEP along with Adobe Journey Optimizer, RTCDP. Built with fundamentals of Adobe Analytics this service is providing a powerful analytics platform to collect, join, visualize omnichannel insights in customer journey through different touchpoints in real time. this interface is allowing business users to analyse customer touch point data and help them to make decision on holistic view on customers end to end journey.

 ### 34. Just getting into CJA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

CJA provides a significant ability for me to rework, reorg, and manage data in a much more holistic and straight forward way.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

At the moment I have run into many issues with workspace sharing, and access. it does not happen all of the time but there have been times where I was unable to add a user to share with. Or if I did share a workspace and also grabbed the url. The url would not work for the shared users. However they would be available in workspace and they would have to navigate to it there rather than being able to use the shared URL. The URL would take you to a broken workspace with no panels.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to now go further with our capabilities of evolving analytics to drive actionable insight. The new derived fields and other features make it much easier to work with data immediately rather than having to go back in and potentially reconfigure.

 ### 35. 360-degree view on customer profiles, plus activation, all in one.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arturo R. | Account Manager - SEM/SEO Practice Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

First, CJA is part of the AEP bigger picture, with can includes a data lake, data warehouse, Real-time CDP, and journey orchestration through AJO.
Second, CJA is a powerful analytics tool that allows you to understand user people behavior as they interact with your business. Often compared to Adobe Analytics, which contains only web data, CJA provides visibility into the offline interactions of your business.
Third, by ingesting other sources of data, from call centers to Salesforce, you are able to keep tabs on all interactions and understand the levers you have to drive your business' performance.
Even more so, because all tools in the complete stack integrate seamlessly, the path to activation from AEP (data lake) to multiple destinations is straightforward.
There is a learning curve, of course, but if you understand analytics (metrics, dimensions), you should be able to leverage the easy drag-and-drop interface.
Implementation requires thorough planning and multiple disciplines; from data engineers, to analytics engineers, to analysts and platform experts. Once you go over the process you should be able to easily learn it and replicate it.
In terms of customer support, Adobe has high standards of service. CJA and the other tools in the Adobe stack are powerful and at a high price point, and this comes with great support.
CJA is a tool that once implemented, should be used daily to understand user behavior and glean insights that allow making decisions that drive the business to accelerated growth.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Coming from an Adobe Analytics background, you will find your way very easily in CJA. There are still certain AA features that I would like to see available in CJA. The thing with CJA is that we are moving from web analytics to data analytics, and we have to shift our perspective. There is nothing that I would change worth mentioning here.
Coming from a Google Analytics background, CJA is at a complete different level and you will love it.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CJA is helping me understand how people navigate a company's buying journey, measure all marketing funnel touchpoints, and glean insights that help drive the company's strategy, activating where needed to drive performance and cutting back on redundant efforts.

 ### 36. A very helpful tool

**Reviewed by:** Terecea G. | Member, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

CJA has been very beneficial to my everyday work. I'm able to use it to get a wholistic view of data across web and mobile a providing a full view of the customers experience on our website.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

CJA has a steep learning curve and will need analysts to deep dive into training material to learn more. Can also take a while to setup on backend to ensure it is ready for proper use.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CJA solves the issue we previously had of not being able to track the same customer and how they behave on web vs. mobile. We can now follow their journey across multiple sessions and get a more in depth look into user behavior.

 ### 37. Unified Customer Insights That Drive Real Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I love how Adobe Customer Journey Analytics brings together data from every channel-web, app, CRM, and even offline-into a single, real-time view. The visualizations and segmentation tools are powerful and flexible, making it easy to identify trends, optimize journeys, and personalize experiences. Its integration with Adobe Experience Platform allows us to quickly activate insights and improve our marketing and product strategies.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

There is a noticeable learning curve, especially when setting up data governance and schemas in the Adobe Experience Platform. It can be challenging for less technical users to get started, and onboarding takes time. Occasionally, sharing workspaces and managing user access can be a bit cumbersome.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solves the challenge of unifying and analyzing customer data from multiple channels-web, app, CRM, offline, and more-into a single, real-time view. This eliminates data silos and provides a comprehensive, contextual map of the entire customer journey, allowing you to see every interaction across touchpoints and devices.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Love the ease of use of their dashboards, which help our team measure analytics across our different segments and verticals of customer base. The help from their team with implementation was stellar as well, and made it so much less of a headache for us to implement and maintain over the past couple years.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I’d say they could do a better job with accessibility of the platform, with making buttons and text easier to read for folks needing those enhancements. Product updates also come frequently and it would be nice if there was some more enablement around what’s changed across versions, so we reduce friction.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us fill the gaps in how we measure what our customers are engaging with, frequency, and what channel they’re coming in. It gives us a wholistic view of the entire customer journey and makes it easy to report to leadership across accessible dashboards, which saves the team time when compiling data to present.

Seamlessly combines data from CRM systems, point-of-sale, call centers, web, mobile, and more into a single schema using Adobe’s Experience Data Model (XDM)

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It has very few limitations. I find it little expensive as compare to other products in the market. Another drawback is that it has limited options for analysts.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delayed Insights: Data is processed in real time, and dashboards update instantly.
Hard to find why people drop off:Tools like flow and fallout analysis show you where users drop off or get stuck in a journey.

 ### 41. Super Helpful, But Kinda Tricky at First

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Best i liked about Adobe customer journey analytics is how it pulls all your customer data into one place. It’s super helpful for tracking how people interact with your brand across different channels, like your website, social media, and apps. You get a full view of the customer journey, which makes it a lot easier to spot trends, user behaviors, and make certain decisions. Customization options for reports are pretty sweet as it's easy to set things up to show exactly what you need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Its just the first wave but i din't like that it can be pretty overwhelming at first. There’s a lot to learn, and if you’re not familiar with analytics tools, it can feel like you’re drowning in options and features.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of not having a clear, unified view of customer behavior across different platforms. Before using it, we were juggling data from multiple sources, web analytics, social media, CRM, and it was tough to get a complete picture of what customers were actually doing.

 ### 42. Adobe Customer Journey Analytics works well to enhance data-driven decisions!

This allowed the team yo track and analyze customer interactions more comprehensively which provided more insight into our markeying strategies.

I like how Adobe Customer Journey Analytics helps me consolidate customer data across different channels into one single file which enables me to do the following analysis with the data generated.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It was a bit hard to first get started on the tool since the learning curve can be a bit steep. There was also some constraints on the unstructured data which sometimes can cause issues.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think most importantly CJA helps me to consolidate cross channel data into one place that I can easily use for my following analysis whether it is for visualization or generate reports. I also like that I can customize the metics, dimensions that I would need for my reports which provides me with flexibility and different granularity needed.

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I like the specialized analytics that I can take from the data provided by the system, and how many filters I can apply. I have applied the system within my organization, and we are now using very often on a daily basis, more than other analytics systems like Google Analytics.

While challenging at first, we integrated the platform as if it was always meant to be, and it's unbearably easy to use it. It's customer support team it's not the best, as sometimes I end up waiting for almost 2 hours on the line.

It integrated very easily with our other systems.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It crashes all the time, just like Adobe Premier studio.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me have a better understanding of the demographics that my client base consists of.

 ### 45. Very useful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

It is very user friendly - CJA allows businesses to unify data from multiple sources (online, offline, CRM, etc.) into a single view. This helps create a holistic understanding of customer interactions across touchpoints. With its powerful analysis tools, users can explore data in real-time, create custom metrics, and segment audiences dynamically. This flexibility is great for uncovering actionable insights.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

CJA is a sophisticated platform with a steep learning curve, especially for users who are not familiar with Adobe Analytics or data analysis tools. Training and onboarding can take time. Adobe's solutions, including CJA, can be expensive, particularly for small or mid-sized businesses. The pricing structure may not be accessible for organizations with limited budgets.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Businesses can monitor customer journeys in real-time, enabling faster decision-making and more responsive marketing strategies.

 ### 46. It's great!

Being able to properly track how my customers are reacting to my product/service! I think it is doing a good job compared to the other platforms I have used. It's more specific and reliable from my experience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

I wish it was a bit more detailed. I will say in comparison to the other platforms I have used, it is definitely better, but I wish it had more specifics to track how I am viewing the data.

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily being able to track how my services are being used by my customers, I think it does a much better job than GA4 and any other analytics tools that I have used

 ### 47. Great Platform

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Continuous improvement is great to give users new tools and reources to take advantage of. We love all the options available to us with this platform.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

Communication about updates could be better making sure we know what is happening to the live environment before it actually goes live for customers .

**What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legacy analytics impose caps on variables, events, and unique values. CJA removes those constraints: there are no limits on dimensions or metrics, and you can even correct or backfill historical data without losing fidelity. This flexibility lets you continuously evolve your data model as business needs change—without having to redesign tracking or worry about hitting arbitrary limits

 ### 48. CJA is great!

**What do you like best about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

it is intuitive and I like how I can create projects with various freeform tables to do different cuts of clickstream events for various audiences in one place

**What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?**

i wish it was easier to send audiences to downstream destinations. Currently I need to send audiences to AEP to send to downstream which is an extra step in audience delivery and another platform where we need to monitor pipelines to ensure data is fully being sent down
