## Adobe Connect Reviews
  ### 1. Bob's Adobe Connect Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob K. | Senior Learning Technology Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect enables participants to be active in their learning rather than passive. Interactive learning using tools within Connect makes the learning event highly engaging and fosters a greater level of learning retention.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I would like gamification added to Connect to add a level of engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Try it out first and see how easy and useful it is. You'll likely see how feature-rich Connect is.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we're solving is being able to train our employees virtually. The pandemic has made in-person training out of the question. Adobe Connect has enabled our organization to continue our learning schedule without interruption.

  ### 2. Great for classroom teaching - but hard to work with in corporate world

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The breakout rooms are great and I love being able to set up classroom sessions with all my materials and use them over and over again.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It seems to be hard to get bigger corporate clients to use it. There's always issues downloading the app or getting permission to use it. I also dislike that I can't have a combination of phone and VOIP users without having issues.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AC has really allowed us to provide standardized virtual classrooms which is great in today's world and helps when you have multiple instructors. Once rooms are set up, it saves time.

  ### 3. Recommending!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I loved the ease and convenience of using Adobe Connect. It is a powerful tool for business.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Maybe I would only like it to be more intuitive, I feel the steps in the process can still be minimized.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Give it a try because it worked for me.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When meeting with my clients, the ease and speed of Adobe Connect makes me feel so effortless in providing what's needed by them. This made me self-confident despite any challenges that came my way.

  ### 4. Love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Love that I can use it for team meetings. It's very easy to use & efficient.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Less reading should be required. Too many sections that can be made a little more clear but I still love it.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team meetings for my work at home employees.

  ### 5. Adobe Connect for Teachers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayley W. | Electives Instructors, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I enjoy the wide variety of pod choices to fit my needs.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I do not have any dislikes other than when I upload a PDF it often distorts the view.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Adobe Connect is the only format that I have used for a virtual classroom. I have not wanted to use anything else thus far.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Adobe Connect, I am able to meet with my students and their parents in a format that is friendly and easy to use. Many are intimated at first, but even after one use they welcome the opportunity to meet using Adobe Connect.

  ### 6. Huge potential terrible performance

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** chris a. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Flexibility and customisation of the layouts and rooms is unparralleled

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The stability of the platform and performance of the audio/video is shocking, despite repeated updates and new releases this has not yet been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Great for training courses but not suitable for conferencing and meetings in general

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging audiences through interactivity and create design of training sessions.

  ### 7. Most robust tools for virtual training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Some of my favorite features in adobe connect are persistent rooms, templates, and the ability to totally customize any design. If you can think it in instructional design, you can create it in adobe connect.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe connect has it's share of challenges. The required installation of the desktop application can create issues for users that do not have admin rights for install. An additional issue that can cause classroom disruption is any connection to VPN. That can cause an issue for the named user AND others. It would also be beneficial if VOIP and telephony worked together in breakout rooms.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Know your audience, their limitations and needs before you design and deliver in Adobe Connect.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Persistent rooms and robust features give the client the biggest bang for their buck during delivery .

  ### 8. Its the best choice for online meeting or work shops

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

1- I don't found a disadvantage in it yet

  ### 9. Works great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Easy installation. I didn't have to worry about downloading, etc. It started immediately.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I wish there were more instructions on features, etc.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables me to use my CPA software without a hitch. I do not have connections issues with the live classes.

  ### 10. Adobe Connect: Pros and Cons

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the ability to screen share, use video and audio, and have breakout room capabilities, as well as pods.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Sometimes the video/audio echos for my audience. I don't always think that the site is easy to figure out. Some things are intuitive and easy, while others require troubleshooting.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this for virtual office hours. This allows me to meet with one or many people at one time. This also allows me to share my screen with others or have them share with me.

  ### 11. Everything you need in one location.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron H. | Sr. Learning and Employee Development Facilitator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I live that I can have all of my content loaded in for 15 days of learning. Each day having its own window.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Sometimes audio cuts in and out but I've found that's because of the learner's data connection.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall better learning experience for our learner's compared to other platforms.

  ### 12. Powerful virtual classroom

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick S. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Creating multiple layouts for seamless flow.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Lately, we have had a number of clients unable to connect to our meeting room. It seems that increased security is blocking Adobe and we struggle to resolve the problem.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The persistent meeting room reduces the time needed to set up recurring classes.

  ### 13. Missing Adobe Connect's Reliability

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I've always loved the variety of tools available within Connect that allow my company to provide virtual classroom training that is interactive and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I am extremely disappointed with Connect since the roll-out of the HTML client (standard view). There are endless bugs and known issues that cause ongoing technical issues. Adobe's response has been slow in addressing these issues.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connect has allowed us to replicate many of the practice/application exercises that we previously included in our face-to-face training programs through the variety of tools included in the platform.

  ### 14. Useful features, but could use improvement.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the features like chat, screenshare, and all of the pod options.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect can be hard for new users. I have sometimes experienced issues with the sound when the student and I are using microphones to talk.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to teach interactive classes with Adobe Connect. It's a great place for students to come and get help just by using the chat feature. Since students are used to texting, this is a comfortable and familiar way for them to communicate.

  ### 15. Very powerful, sometimes challenging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect has more flexibility and customization than any other online meeting/webinar/event platform we have worked with. The modular nature of the layouts lets you dial-in exactly what you want for your event.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The telephone integration still struggles for stability. For our line of business, having a dial-in is a necessity. This creates some issues with the third-party systems and Connect working well together. You also can't use pre-recorded video with users connected via phone - no backwards integration of that audio.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

The flexibility comes with a learning curve. This isn't necessarily a turnkey solution. But you can get what you need if you're willing to work at it.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The mix of customization and accessibility helps us deliver our content to a wider audience.

  ### 16. Technical issues and feature bloat

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect has a lot of features. If there is something you want to do, Adobe can probably do it.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect has frequent connectivity hiccups and is not user-friendly on getting users logged in who aren't familiar with the tool. Additionally, the program suffers from feature bloat. Too many features that are not well executed.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Consider using a more straightforward to use application to see if that meets your needs.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Connect is used to facilitate training in a virtual environment.

  ### 17. Adobe Connect has changed my perspective on training, interaction and engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Treaining Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The fact that Adobe Connect is not only extremely user-friendly, but also offers any and all solutions to translate the experience of what we used to do in a face-to-face environment into a wholesome virtual experience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

There is nothing I dislike about Adobe Connect so far. I keep exploring and learning. I am still amazed by this tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Stay focused on your objectives, in order to find a way to fit the path towards them into the possibilities that the tool offers.
It's a powerful tool within a different methodology, so we all need to think out of the box.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently using Adobe Connect for training purposes, which includes training on Adobe Connect itself for its usage over several operations.

  ### 18. Very nice features, but a few audio issues.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto P. | Training Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the features like the Preparation mode, the very versatile pods, the flexibility on the screen layouts, and the features to get course attendees to participate.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Some course attendees choose not to install the app and the browser version is not as stable and has audio issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

If you get the chance, test it to see all the features it has. Check the HTML version, not only the app.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting the need for Delivering training to our customers using a versatile tool.

  ### 19. Adobe Connect power user

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather C. | Webinar Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I feel that one of the best features of Adobe Connect is the ability to create customized layouts in advance and switch between them during the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Video clips do not play smoothly in Adobe Connect. They typically need to be heavily compressed and still end up having a lot of issues with buffering. Audio setup is also more complicated (but also more flexible) than a lot of other platforms.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using for Sales and Partner enablement webinars as well as webinars targeted to customers.

  ### 20. Adobe for the classroom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma L. | Assistant Head, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like layouts to upload different elements

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

How changing the size of files etc. is clunky

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For online learners, it is helpful to be able to open different pods and chat boxes to engage them and get them to answer differentiated questions

  ### 21. Adobe Connect slow and unwieldly

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the breakout room feature. The share screen feature is also usefull.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The whiteboard is very difficult to use. Because of poor latency with Adobe Connect, writing is slow and irregular. Another problem is that students or myself get disconnected from Adobe Connect and have to log back in. Or a student's audio stops working and they have to log out and back in again to restore their audio.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can interact with my students in real-time.

  ### 22. Slow and Bad on Support and Technical Assistance

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Nothing really. just waiting for an upgrade or a new software replacement

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

customer technical support is slow on resolving my issue on flash-player on curriculum feature on adobe connect. content tab UI/UX/CX is very prehistoric with bad folder management. reliability on connecting to events. participants are confused on what browser to when launching events or the app. doesn't open to everyone. always stuck on the loading room page.

Adobe needs to fix their flash-player issue on the training and curriculum tab. they have mislooked on resolving this when flash-player ended last year. recordings, documents are still being forced to open as flash on our curriculum hence our learners are on zero level on learning.

it was stated by the engineers as its a bug. it is not, it was just not fixed before 2021. proof? its going to be one month next week and nothing has been resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

until they fix the UI and features as an admin and learner logging into their website, for now, the platform is mediocre.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

distance learning. product overview webinars. process improvements. benefits are we can reach out to our customers from every corner of the world. but the platform ha sits hiccups and UI/UX accessing materials is still stuck in the 90s.

  ### 23. Not bad, not great. Unreliable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyson S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like that you can share a lot of different kind of files in share pods, like powerpoints or PDFs, and being able to screen share is really a necessity as a teacher using Connect as our virtual classroom. I like having the chat option as well, since I can have messages with the entire class, messages only to some students, or messages students send that only I can see.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Mostly I dislike how reliable it is. The amount of random errors that occur that we have to try to troubleshoot is very frustrating. As a teacher, it seems like I'm half English teacher, half tech support. Students have random errors constantly that we can't explain and have to try to help them fix, and then there are errors we encounter that again, seem to be completely random and could have any number of solutions. It's just trial and error to fix them. That takes away valuable instruction time from my in my live classes.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aren't exactly a "business" we're a public online K-12 school, but Adobe Connect allows us to get as close to "regular school" as possible by giving us a virtual classroom. I'd definitely say it's the best option I've seen available, as it allows us to meet with students in a virtual classroom, with all students present and teachers present. So that's really what makes Connect the best option for us.

  ### 24. Adobe connect review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesām A. | Co-Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Pause share screen and take notes and draw on it in the classroom or meetings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

missing ads on such as sharing videos from youtube or other sources.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

adds on should be part of adobe connect.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teaching online classrooms.

  ### 25. Great platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The ease of use with the platform. I went through a two day virtual event using Connect and it worked perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

When I used Connect for my two day event, the only issue was with the audio. Sometimes when using audio from the software, the speakers voice would be glitchy.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

For audio, best alternative is to use Zoom to hear your instructors.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to work alongside my instructor with Connect.

  ### 26. Adobe Connect Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tuna G. | Assistant Prof., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like that it is an easily accessible and adaptable system.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Connection interruptions during peak times are irritating.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Easy to integrate and to use

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I carry out the distance education activities at my university.

  ### 27. user friendly meeting software for business, can meet anywhere and on any device.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad A. | Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the features. I like the enhanced host options. I also like the breakout rooms and the room layouts have a lot of options. It has helped us to collaborate as a team a lot more. We are able to have meetings anywhere and adobe is compatible with most devices. user-friendly meeting software for business. I like the recording functionality. I think it is excellent. The participants are able to interact with a recorded session which is awesome. Its almost like they are in a live meeting. I also like the live polling option. It a great feature that can be used to check for team participation.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I don't like the lag that can happen due to many people in the room. and I don't like the fact that some browsers are not compatible. I don't like the price. I think it is too expensive. I wish adobe connect was not so dependent on internet bandwidth. the adobe app needs some improvement. other than did everything is awesome.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

adobe connect allow you to upload most multimedia and document types. I recommend that you try adobe for a few months before deciding that you don't like it. adobe connect has an awesome tech support team. and they are friendly. so I would definitely recommend that you at least try the product for a few months before deciding if you like it or not. I know it took me 4 months to decide.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us to collaborate as a team a lot more. We are able to have meetings anywhere. Being able to meet anywhere has been a great benefit to us.

  ### 28. All in One, but has some lag issues.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The best thing about Adobe is that everything you need is available right there, video, polls, whiteboard, multiple spaces, predefined areas. Because I can upload all my powerpoints, it is available to me each time. This is helpful for recurring meetings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The problem with Adobe is that it is slow. Especially some features like whiteboard and drawing on the whiteboard make the program lag more often than I would like. This ultimately proved to be a challenge, such that zoom was a better option because of the speed. Adobe still has better poll features than zoom, but lag mattered the most to us in deciding which one to go with.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the use of polls Adobe allows you to inidivudally engage with all the students. Also because of the individualized spaces, you can setup your classroom or meeting the way you want and always returns to how it is. Having the multiple polls allowed me to target each student individually and grade them based on their own work, rather than just treating them as a whole group.

When using other programs, like Zoom, I have to outsource the poll feature.

  ### 29. Use of adobe connect as a tutor

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like that there are individual rooms that can be assigned to each student and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I dislike how slow the platform is sometimes. Also how clunky the platform feels. Also it won't let me share all types of files and only certain types.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to tutor students individually. I realize how easy it is to switch between rooms and discuss with multiple people at the same time.

  ### 30. Adobe is the Cadillac of online meeting platforms.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I like the variety of layouts, communication options, and that students can first be observers, then chat, then mic, then webcam, as they see fit--yet can still feel a part of the gathering. The ability to have several share pods (screenshare, presentation, and whiteboard--with polls and chat all at the same time, as well as a web cam pod with only those who want to be on camera.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It seems to take more broadband on the students end to have a successful Adobe experience. I host student gatherings on both Zoom and Adobe and I see the difference. Also playing music in the background requires uploads--I'd like to have the option to play music on my computer and have it be heard by participants.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits are listed above, I'm trying to help students find ways to stay in the room, they get kicked out. We cannot also figure out why the webcam sometimes zooms in so that we cannot use the room when we have a studio type presentation on webcam. We have to go to another platform for that--frustrating.

  ### 31. Best platform for a multitude of reasons

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love the ability to engage with learners in a variety of activities - at the same time. I can have a grouping of several olling questions up on the screen - or a bunch of chat pods to collect lists of items, or even several notes pods. and I love that I can put people into breakouts groups, can shuffle them up in a moment's notice with the new platform, and can share several items in their breakouts to work on independently. Everything about it keeps people engaged - which has meant so much when we can't all be together in an in-person class room.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I wish you would update the app for the mac...Please?

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

ow that you can access adobe without the app - it is really a great platform for all.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a training director for a non profit and all of our in person trainings had to quickly move online - and with Adobe I was able to do that seamlessly.

  ### 32. High quality meeting software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The Polling features and Ability to share materials directly with participants. Being able to share multimedia with participants is extremely useful in our environment, for example playing call recordings and videos to participants. One of the best features is being able to record sessions, which helps with audit and quality control. The reports are fullsome, although they do have their issues as per below. But they clearly identify auditable data which satisfies regulatory compliance and allows us to provide evidence of training being completed.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Audio using VOIP mics can be shaky at times. CPU usage can be high often making the meeting rooms lag. When multiple breakout rooms are running, it can also create a lag for some or all users, especially an audio lag. Not being able to record individual breakouts is a downside. The reporting back office can be difficult to use, with the downloadable reports requiring a lot of adjustment in order to format them correctly - for instance the system is default set to, and cannot be changed from, US style formatting, which when used in other countries, such as here in the UK, is frustrating. Some of the report data also has additional spaces, which hampers the use of simple Excel tools like VLOOKUP - you have to first delimt the spaces by using a LEN and RIGHT or LEFT function to be able to get the reports in the correct format to allow automation.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

For a broad spectrum tool for delivering high quality training, Adobe Connect is ideal.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Adobe Connect for virtual training, and for managing employees when working. This has enabled our business to successfully operate virtually for many years, and is a core piece of technology that is essential to our business.

  ### 33. Inferior to other video conferencing platforms

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The audio seems better with the new app.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I the feed freezes, and I sometimes lose connection. This doesn't happen to me on Zoom or TEAMS.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

I don't recommend Adobe Connect because other video conferencing options are easier to use and offer a more reliable experience.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't identify a problem solved or benefit for its use. I'm using Adobe Connect because it's the platform provided by the university where I'm a professor.

  ### 34. Great platform. New update a little buggy though.

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Dynamic. Easy access. Personalization. Have been using this platform for almost twenty years.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Bugs with screen sharing and hot keys across browsers and platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Amazing product that has only gotten better over the years.

Education for foreign languages.

  ### 35. Corporate Training

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron C. | Corporate Trainer - Continued Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Lots of features and third party add ons. Several ways to increase engagement.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Connection issues. Tends to require a lot of bandwidth. Unable to share system audio.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

I would recommend doing a trial before purchase to see if it meets your needs.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe connect allows us to train remotely. We are able to train around the world without the need for our trainers to be on location. It has been a lifesaver during Covid.

  ### 36. It is a wonderful tool for the online teaching and learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jingshun Z. | Associate professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

1. It is easy to handle
2. It could save our videos for students to review later
3. We could edit it based on different needs
4. Nice supports

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

1. Hope to continue to use it. However...
2. More functions for interactions between teachers and students
3. Can I still use it after summer 2021 free?

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.Can I still use it after summer 2021 free?
2. How to save the videos to Youtube?

  ### 37. There are rooms for improvement in Adobe Connect. For example streaming videos, 2nd camera, etc.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

1. The room setup is persistent. The host can design the layouts in the meeting room.
2. The recordings can be instantly retrievable from the Adobe Central.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

1. Sharing of videos - It cannot share videos with audio by sharing screen. It will be too clumsy to upload the videos to the share pod. Besides, the user may not have the chance to get hold of the mp4 files to be shared e.g. they just want to share a Youtube video to students in the online classes.
2. Stability issue - the server is not very stable. There has been a serious database storage in the year. All the recordings of that day has lost. We have received a lots of complaints from our users. A resilient system should be in place to avoid this incident to happen again. More monitoring on the server healthiness is required.
3. Recordings issue - We have experienced more that 10 times that the audio or video images are missing from the recordings this year. We need to contact the Support team to sort it out. And sometimes, the audio and video images could be recovered. It will be very troublesome as we need to pay our teachers to re-record the missing parts. It did incur our cost and effort.
4. The response time of the support team should be further enhanced.
5. The connection status in China is poor.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Clear design in the new Connect 11.
Initiative to use
capable of instantly change the role of participants in the meeting
the breakout room features is better than other web conferencing tool

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The online classes delivery in the pandemic period.
The continuity of the learning can be recognised even during the physical class suspension.

  ### 38. Serviceable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe connect has many options for arranging the meeting space and multiple pods for different types of communication between the host and participants. I appreciate the control the host has over entry for the meeting which is good for privacy. Host control over the meeting is good for leading participants. The breakouts feature is great for group problem solving.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe connect recordings are extremely poor quality at times. The whiteboard function suffers from delays when writing and typing lots of information on it. Adobe connect struggles to deliver high quality video feeds from all participants while also sharing the screen of the host. AdobeConnect seems to have frequent issues with being stable for groups larger than 15. The breakouts rooms feature often destabilizes individual participants connections.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Ask a fellow co-worker about all the details. It is hard to find one place to learn about all the tools AdobeConnect offers.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company is able to keep online education continuing smoothly during the covid-19 pandemic. The adobe connect platform's flexibility offers many tools for a teacher to create effective educational experiences for their students.

  ### 39. I serve as a producer of online courses that are administered over this platform-It works very well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

It's quite user-friendly, and most of the issues people have are fixable once you know what to look for. Participants that come from employers who require VPN use or internally block microphones are our biggest problems, but disconnecting from VPN, using google voice (for conference line classes), and suggesting using a personal computer fix all of these problems typically.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Some glitchiness happens occasionally when participants have bad connections, they are kicked out of breakout rooms and rejoin. The color palette is a bit muted and monotone, but I saw a preview of the upcoming update and the layouts look beautiful. I think also networking abilities are limited (in our case) when an instructor is leading the way, and "profiles" of participants (to be filled out ahead of time) would be a nice way to have information already populated, and increase the ability for users to network and make connections online.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Exceptional for instruction or group collaborating.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem for us currently is that nobody wants to do anything in-person, so ACP has really bridged the gap in us connecting and providing a service for our audience and customers. It has been immensely beneficial in that regard - allowing us to continue to offer top-notch training services over a strong and useful platform that people ultimately tend to enjoy.

  ### 40. Conferences never seemed easier or funner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love that I can go into a conference if I have questions or if I need something or even for training. I love that there is a chat box so that you can talk with my coworkers and utilize all the different options like raising your hand, being away from the computer, etc. It was really a great tool to utilize when having meetings or trainings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

There isn't anything that i can say that I dislike. I suppose the only thing I can think of is that I wish it would remember our sign in names. Even after so many years, I still don't have anything that I dislike about Adobe Connect.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems have been solved with getting immediate access to people that can help us, train us and over all make transitions smoother. Also gives us the options to talk to each other and notify if we are away from our desks without interrupting.

  ### 41. Amazing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A E. | Professor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Connectivity and breakout sessions, engagement meter and cam

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Audi issues at times, also the old version is better than the new one

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online learning and school. helps with students

  ### 42. Mostly great, what lets it down from being perfect is having a heavy interface and features failing.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The variety of pods and features, it beats most systems

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The fact the its looks old fashioned, has a 'heavy' interface requiring a producer to control and then a facilitator teach, and basic features failing like microphones/webcams failing or the edit my info button disappearing, or audio rights disappear for participants after they return from a breakout room.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Stop the bug happening. Update the look and feel. Make it so easy to use that one person can run a class. Have all the status icons on show for participants (they get confused with the drop down arrorw)

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of Covid-19, we have moved all our classes online and Adobe has been a great tool for that. However it takes A LOT of setup time, and participants have to download the software which creates issues with downloading software on company computers and firewalls. Looking foward to V.11 html update.

  ### 43. New user of Adobe Connect, comparing it to others

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo R. | Core Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The ideia of pods are very interesting and does help you to make vizualitions clear

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The audio is quite bad and sometimes the interface bugs and cliches.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using Adobe Connect to present classes.

  ### 44. I doubt whether this is from Adobe

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Minimal is what I can say for now. but definitely, the company needs to put more features to this application

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

However, is this from the software giant? because I can see only the primary feature being portrayed in this application

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video Conferencing

  ### 45. Continuous issues forced us to switch programs

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The ease of access to reporting and the robust platform that enabled customization of emails and marketing materials that were sent out to potential meeting participants

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

continuous audio/visual issues and a support team that was not good at communication and keeping us in the loop when there were issues being looked into

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

If you're looking for a reliable platform to host webinars, look elsewhere because based on our experiences, you will have continuous technical difficulties which will look bad to your partners.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Connect created a way for us to have everything we needed, including reporting and email customization, while having the virtual programs as well. Having everything seamlessly in one system was nice.

  ### 46. Great Webinar Application!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennyfer B. | Training Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love how user friendly it is, I have used adobe connect for 4 years. I have trained technicians to support specialist with offerings we provide in APHIS.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I don't like the feedback when participants log in and use computer audio and call using teleconference then need to turn off the speaker from adobe.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

It is very user friendly and has great features like screen share, polls, chat box, notes, raise hand function, and much more.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the poll features , notes, and chat box. Only thing I would like to be resolved is being able to control breakout rooms like Zoom.

  ### 47. Issue After Issue

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The ability to easily access and upload documents, as well as the interactivity with said documents.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Constant tech issues for our users, from getting kicked out every 45 minutes to taking forever to load. After Adobe went through the major update, font options (color, size, style) do not copy and paste from one pod to another. So I have to "switch to classic view" to do this. Also, limiting the number of breakout rooms to 20 is frustrating. The fact that our staff meetings are held on a different software than what we use for our tutoring sessions speaks volumes.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to offer our tutoring services virtually, which has allowed many of our teachers to not only save money by working from home, but has also expanded the number of centers our teachers can teach at.

  ### 48. Good program but always having problems

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I really like the different tools on the whiteboard & that I can draw. The lines with double arrows.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

I dislike that I am not able to using my drawing tablet for the white board & only the mouse. I don't like that I can't change the primary colors I use. I teach math & use a lot of color coding & have some students who are color blind so I have specific colors I use & they aren't the default colors. I also have a lot of students that freeze up or can't see the slides at all. I also lose all my work when a student enters the class late if I am typing on the board.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not contacted them about the problems but did speak to my school & some issues were not able to be fixed.

  ### 49. Adobe Connect have a lot of functions that permit at customers have an interactive experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mirko B. | Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

The possibility to see other customers in subgroups

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It's impossible to regulate zoom for some webcam

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The possibility to see other customers in subgroups permits an interactive experience

  ### 50. Adobe Connect for Schools

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I really enjoy the tools that are available for use in each room and the ability to change the layouts.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect is very very very buggy. It frequently crashes and declines my access to rooms when attempting to log in.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tech team and my school has worked to solve screen sharing issues as well as navigation with the implementation of the new update.
