**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Customise your screen: As a Host/Trainer I would say Adobe Connect is best platform to conduct trainings as it provides option for featuring multiple screens at once. You can share screen, chat window is there, you can also add another slide for video, another for people to review the progess, in short you can customize the screen as per your method of teaching.

Connect with your Audience: You can review the trainees status, whether they are away from system or if the agree, disagree etc.

Control the meeting: We can control the meeting, by giving mike access to the joinees. By starting the meeting, once every one is there. We can avoid unnecessary people joining the meeting.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Internet Connection: It requires a very strong internet connection to work smoothly. In case you you have internet connectivity issues, Adobe will give you a hard time.

User Interface: It requires time to get familiar with the features that Adobe offers and make the best out of it.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhu B. | Backend executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

- Adobe connect allows users to connect using the video capabilities and provides access to a lot of other features such as, chat with participants, breakout rooms, create groups.
- It allows to share screen and share documents while conducting virtual meetings or trainings, which is very effective while you have a large audience.
- Breakout rooms allows to conduct activities to engage your audience.
- While the host has the rights to share screen, host can give screen share rights to the participants as well.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

- You need to have a good and stable internet connection. Adobe gives you a lot of options to use, that means it needs a good bandwidth to operate. If you dont have one, then there could be issues related to accessing features and you could face lags.
- The system configuration needs to be one of the latest ones or should have decent hardware installed. Adobe wont function well if you use it with old system or with low end configurations.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- The biggest problem it is solving is of Video capability: while conduting the virual classroom, it is important to see people, this feature allows me to see everyone and I could be assured that they are with me during the entire session.
- Allows document sharing on the call.
- Breakout rooms, which allows us to conduct some activities to engage people.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dixie W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love that it makes it easier to track the engagement of attendees and the ability to have your course materials all pre loaded into the designated layout for that topic along with handouts and links.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

most of the attendees are not familiar with the platform and it takes alot of bandwidth to use.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it allows remote agents a way to communicate with the support team and it makes it fairly easy to facilitate large groups because it allows for more control and tracking in the classroom.

 ### 12. Enhancing Project Communication with Adobe Connect

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

What stood out with Adobe Connect was its robust room customization feature. During our water pump project, the platform flexibly adapted to each meeting's needs. For complex technical discussions, we could set up a virtual room with a layout that made it easy to delve into detailed schematics. And when it came to broader team updates, we could switch to a more open format that fostered group interaction. This versatility was key in maintaining clear and purpose-driven communication across our diverse and dispersed team.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

While Adobe Connect brought a lot to the table, it wasn't without its hurdles. Some colleagues felt a little lost amidst its myriad of features, taking a while to find their way around the platform. Also, we noticed that the smooth running of sessions was very much at the mercy of our internet connections. In places where the Wi-Fi was less than reliable, we often experienced disruptions, which sometimes led to rescheduling meetings or losing valuable discussion time.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adobe Connect became our go-to for bridging the communication gaps that often come with remote project work at Exterran. The water pump project had many moving parts, and being able to check in more frequently without the time sink of travel was a game-changer. We could reallocate those saved hours into deepening our project work, fine-tuning our designs, and ensuring that we stayed ahead of our deadlines. The platform didn't just keep us connected; it made those connections more meaningful and productive.

 ### 13. Comprehensive Web Conferencing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Good integtation with other Adobe products, no brainer if you're already on Adobe cloud. Liked the built in A/V capabilities, colaboration rooms and document workflow features.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Pricing a bit high. Took a while to learn.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

persistent virtual breakout rooms are useful for "war room" type scenarios where people are in a long conference and need to do smaller side conversations.

 ### 14. A great option for remote collaboration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect has been a valuable tool for our team's virtual collaboration and training sessions. It's akin to having a digital conference room that adapts to our varying needs. The ability to customize virtual rooms is particularly impressive. The interactive features, such as polls and quizzes, add a layer of engagement that's often missing in virtual meetings.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

There's a richness in features, but it takes time and effort to master them. This complexity might be a bit overwhelming for those accustomed to more straightforward meeting tools. Additionally, the pricing is not the most competitive with other inexpensive and effective alternatives.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the testing time period, Adobe Connect had fundamentally changed how we conduct meetings and training. It bridged the gap created by remote work, ensuring that our team stays connected and engaged, irrespective of physical locations. It's like having a virtual meeting space that's almost as good as being there in person.

 ### 15. Awesome tool for conducting remote meetings specially trainings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akhil B. | Training Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Interactive GUI, due to which it is easy to find things. Like, the breakout rooms, chat with the participants, create groups.
Allows sharing diff documents to different groups, this is super helfpul when you conducting an activity during the Training.
Allows the presenter to pass on the screen sharing access to participants. This is again helpful feature during the training activities.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Some features looks to be available on a paid subscription/or higher package to use.
It uses high bandwidth, so if your internet connection is not stable or low with speed, you might see some issues.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- allows me to give presenter access to the participants. This makes it easy for me to conduct group activities.
- Video capabilities, we used to interact on bridge calls which was quite frusrating. Adobe connect has resolved this problem.
- Document sharing on the tool itself. No more email sharing during the calls.

It had errors many times and we were forced to use another platform to communicate ourselves since that was the tool for our floor-support and if we did not have that we were pretty much alone

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems were never resolved and they were very common on all the time that I worked on a previous call center which was not handling the situation well neither

 ### 34. Good Program but needs some upgrades

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett G. | T&D Technology Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The best feature of Adobe Connect (that is not as available with others) is the ability to pre-load breakout rooms with the content required for participants. I have not seen another program like Adobe Connect that allows you to pre-load content.
Also, the ability to adjust pods and move pods to customize your participant's view. Finally, the host/presenter areas offer a staging area for all materials, videos, etc., the presenter may need during the session.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

There have been numerous times that during an Adobe Connect session, the audio quits working and/or the presenter's video stopped working also; this makes for a frustrating experience for the participants and the presenters. This issue has been troubleshot by the company and marked as a defect.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Keep the issues that were stated in mind when exploring adding Adobe Connect. If you need to be able to customize the layout or preload content, it is GREAT!

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize adobe connect to offer virtual training with breakout session designed to emulate an in-person training session. Adobe Conneect has served useful for our Leadership Development Program and our virtual New Hire Onboarding.

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

It works well for presentations that require restricted access to the decks and videos.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It is very complicated to use for many attendees.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It works well for presentations that require restricted access to the decks and videos.

 ### 38. everything you want to be connected

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lasha F. | Behavioral Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

easy of use, and its free. works without problems even if there is to much connection.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Its interface is somehow hard to understand.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

connection with coworkers

 ### 39. It lacks some features that other video conferencing software has

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark Anthony S. | Software Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I think it is secure since the host controls all the content that the participants can see. The ability to record is excellent and the control to share materials is enough.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It lacks the features (basic ones) that other software has, including the ability to share webcams with more than 50 users without affecting software performance

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes when I get disconnected, the host has to accept me and put me back, especially when we have a breakout room per group. During breakout groups, it is hard to communicate to the host in real-time.

 ### 40. Effective, but not for large organization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsie D. | Communications and Alumni Relations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The courses nicely make up larger curriculums, so you can clearly communicate what learners need to do. The login is a simple username-password combo, which we found easier than asking employees to provide a personal email address.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

The interface feels dated, and uploading a course and getting it where you want it to live is not as user friendly as it could be. Huge courses that we bought from a third-party constantly freeze in the LMS. There are just better options made for bigger companies. The Adobe Capitave Prime can handle more users. Taking out old users is also a pain, as you have to go one by one.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a long time, this was how we trained our employees in our stores throughout the country to be able to talk to customers about our products and general industry knowledge. Users can hop on and do five minutes of learning when they have the time, which is nice for a busy store environment.

 ### 41. great for classroom training

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian M. | Site supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

We switched to adobe connect when COVID shut everything down and were able to conduct all of our classroom training with it. There are a lot of options to make the class more interactive and fun

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Sometimes there is too much that you can do with adobe connect and it can be a little complicated. You really have to give yourself time to learn the system and what you can and can not do with it. Some things as simple as uploading a powerpoint can be time consuming if you don't understand how to do it properly.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to transition everything, in training, over to the adobe connect classroom and overcome the obstacle of COVID-19 to still be able to run the business while being safe.

 ### 42. Got the job done but, there are other options out there

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

It was nice to be able and customize the room as the producer. There were many tools that we could use to engage our audience and keep the speaker aware of what the audience was thinking.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Not as customizable for the attendees. We also did not like having to use the application for our speakers. We work with many older, not tech-savvy speakers, and the platform was very difficult for them to manage as it wasn't like others that they have used. The application on the desktop looks like it was from the early 2000s, and it added another step to our process. We did not like the inability to verify attendance using codes or notices. We are an accrediting agency, and we need those to get our customers their credits. Overall, we ended up going with an entirely web-based delivery platform. This has made a HUGE difference in our customer satisfaction and experience.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to use an online delivery platform, but we wanted to manage the process. We had contracted that process out before the pandemic, but with the huge increase in online event volume, we needed something that we could control and operate ourselves. We realized the massive cost savings this allowed and gave us ownership on the product and process.

 ### 43. Great for our small training courses!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love having everything in one window, and having the attendees have the option to use the web browser or the app. It makes things good for our students who sometimes have security restrictions on their company computers. Love being able to have PPT decks and MP4 videos loaded directly into AC. Different layouts make our lives so much easier. We can easily set up different layouts with slide decks, videos, white boards, polls...everything we could ever need for a course. We don't have to worry about screen sharing or making sure our instructor pulls up the correct slides. Their support team, even though they may not always have a quick fix, is very responsive and friendly. They always find an answer, if not a solution.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

There are some bugs and glitches in it. A little bit of difficulty with screen sharing (which is why we shy away from it!), and conversion of certain PPT files goes a little wonky from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Try it out! It takes some getting used to compared to Zoom or GoTo, but the customizability and interactive features make it worth it.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to take our in-person courses to online in a matter of a couple of months. It has been fantastic. We can have all webcams on so there's that face-to-face interaction without risking COVID exposure. It helped keep our association afloat during a time when we could have easily seen major loss of revenue.

 ### 44. Professional communication hub

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

The login process for me is the highlight of all the features that this product offers because first of all, it is quick and easy to use since it uses SAML-2.0 identity for authentication which is very common. The upside of this feature is that it saves the time required to log in and teach first-timers how to log in.
Its screen sharing feature does not allow me only to share my screen during meetings but also my other team members can share their screens which is very handy mostly in our organization online workshops for presentations and demonstrations.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It is very expensive compared to products in its catergory and for the cheapest subscription plan it offers a small number limit of participants allowedf in meetings.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

I would recommend any potential user to try the product first in trial mode before purchasing to see if the features fit their needs.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex implementation processes and costs have been the two most difficult issues to solve in our hunt for communication and collaboration software. Adobe Connect has managed to address these issues easily because it can be used through the browser and this has solved different devices compatibility issues as well. Moreso using the browser adobe connect required no installation process and this managed to save costs.

 ### 45. EXCELLENCE AND OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artur C. | Recursos humanos, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect is an online conferencing software that offers excellent features and wonderful collaboration options, a perfect platform that meets the needs of its users and provides very complete options. It provides a solution to our needs by being very flexible and intuitive, as well as offer excellent options to be successful in our meetings, excellence in wireless connection, screen sharing, HD audio and video and training in real time helping us to increase our workflow collaborating in a professional and very safe way.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect is communication and training software that works excellently without any glitches or errors, it works very simply and easily. I have used this program for a long time and it has not presented any faults, it is perfect and I have no dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

I recommend Adobe Connect to anyone who needs to increase their workflow and collaborate online through meetings and conferences in real time, sharing screen with full accessibility, optimal solutions and security from anywhere and on any device, producing a direct impact on the results of our projects, I recommend it because it is perfectly adaptable to all needs.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My favorite aspect of Adobe Connect is the interface of the communications platform, for being pleasant and very easy to adapt, without tedious configurations, I love that it works in a very secure and flexible way, online conferences and meetings are perfect with a connection Immediate wireless and the magic of the push of a button and you're working together. Solutions that are hosted in a subscription format for hassle-free management.

 ### 46. User Experience in dynamic environments with Adobe Connect

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** dario b. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

It works perfectly when you have ONLY lecture-based classes. Preferably with good bandwidth, good processors, and fast memory both in RAM and SSD. I love its aesthetics, it's impeccable. I love how the recorded classes are played with this system and the security that teachers have for that video material since it cannot be easily downloaded.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

It doesn't work well when there are more than 5 cameras in group work and the participants are in different geographical areas. In live listening or in the recording of workshop-type classes, there is a lag between the different videos that make up the system, and it is necessary to repeat scenes in the previous format, which sometimes works better (fortunately, it gives the option to play with the current system or the previous one).

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Adobe Connect is recommended when you work at a professional level with webinars and presentations. If you need more interactivity, use it first and see how it works for your use case. Keep in mind that if there are people who do NOT have broadband connections or are in different geographical areas, you might experience difficulties.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I study through that videoconferencing system. The University implemented it from the start. It is secure, and it is difficult for a stranger to enter a class.

 ### 47. For professionals, it's a really valuable tool.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LATIA J. | MANAGER, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe Connect has presentation features like transitions and animations, which are important in communications.
Furthermore, Adobe Connect supports virtual events in the classroom, where training is done and knowledge acquired, it’s very easy to use and logon no issues with mainframe. It is possible to stream a presentation online. There is also the choice of video conferencing. There is no need to download something. On this platform, webinars are also very simple, and you can share your laptop in moments.
It also has a chat feature and the ability to record calls.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Their closed caption pod has to be connected to an external service
Users joining via the web are less successful using all of the features.
Requires planning and design to have the best experience. (Bad for events on the fly)
The text is tiny. This is on the title of the share pods, and chat and attendee list. I imagine those with visual impairments might struggle. Difficult to record meetings.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Connect:**

Can host a large number of attendees
Share files, chat, share web links
Share your screen and show content
Interact with users, Online training.
Flexibility to move pods around the screen
Breakout rooms, ability to record meetings with options for computer and/or phone audio (including the ability link in external phone conference lines), engagement meters (which, I'll admit, I haven't really used), and, I think, pretty much all of the features that most similar platforms offer.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to customize the layout of webinar rooms to tailor to my audience.
Ability to add polls and Q&A.,Ability to have more than one host at any given time. Other capabilities instead of just audio and video is present too, but they haven't been fully explored or leveraged

 ### 48. Great for Class!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany A. | Life Coach Mentor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Easy to use and download. With the most recent update, when in breakout rooms, the group members can have their cameras on to see their group members. I also like that if you have a question while in the breakout rooms, all you do is raise your hand and the hosts will see it and come into your room. I also like that breakout rooms are not recorded.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

You have to be plugged into your router to use it. It doesn't work well over wifi or mobile devices, it's very laggy.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online classes are a breeze with this platform. It's easy to know who the host is, when people's hands are raised, give presentations and do group work.

 ### 49. Connecting people virtually and providing premium experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah D. | Senior E-commerce Strategy Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

Adobe connect is used as a web conferencing software among companies and people for business communication. We are attending meetings from the comfort of your home and working more efficiently than ever before. We have been using adobe connect, and we don’t have to worry about anything. We can access the platform from our laptops, an internet connection and more or less that is all you need.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

Many people who are MAC users’ complain about its compatibility with browser however it works really well with all other PCs. Also, during meetings, there are also some complaints about mic troubleshooting. These are some technical problems which can surely be resolved eventually

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software provides a premium web conference experience and it can be used for any type and size of business but, most frequently, it is used by large size corporations and government agencies. The software is highly secure and you need not to worry about sharing information on it. It really helps to build team collaboration and e-learning virtually. Integration with other software is also excellent.

 ### 50. Adobe Connect doesn't support Apple platforms well

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Connect?**

I love the capability to have an environment similar to the real classroom; breakout rooms, whiteboard, videos, etc.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Connect?**

With the new update, Apple users are left behind in the dust. We are stuck in flash, the application is not built, the login experience is poor, and there is no capability to share your screen anymore. For such a great platform and company, you would think that they could roll out a new version without months of issues that affect the classroom environment.

**What problems is Adobe Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to the upgrade, I had a great classroom environment very similar to the real classroom.
